Both Peter and John worked together to bring Angus's vision a reality and the trio discuss how the project developed from an idea he read on an airplane magazine!

Matt and Eleanor return for the latest episode of Talking Natural Capital with special guest Nikki Yoxall. Nikki is a grazier in Aberdeenshire, an educator and academic. Her PhD research focuses on understanding the role of nature connection in the agroecological transition and her work with Pasture for Life supports research into 100% pasture fed ruminant systems. She runs Grampian Graziers with her husband, farming native breed cattle on other people’s land, using the cattle as ecological engineers to promote ecological functioning and biodiversity gains.
