During the lockdown of 2020 DG and I were invited to takeover Hyundai NZ's Facebook Page to do a live session.
It is themed largely around golf but as always there are many life lessons or concepts that we can take out of this chat and apply to everyday life.
Hyundai have been supporters of Golf New Zealand for many years and we were extremely grateful for this opportunity.
I hope you enjoy the chat and DG and I will be back soon for Season 2 of Talking Performance -
This week we are lucky to have Brooke Neal, former New Zealand Hockey Player and current mindset and well-being coach. Brooke played 176 games for the Black Sticks over nine years and won gold at the Commonwealth Games in 2018 with the Black Sticks.

Brooke is a Mindset and Well-Being coach to thousands of young sportswomen, she has condensed a decade of my experience in high performance into simple, actionable steps.
This was a fascinating talk and one I am sure you will enjoy. If you enjoyed this and want to learn more about Brooke and her work go to her website, https://www.brookeneal.co.nz/

Continuing our theme from last week we try and dive further in to the mind of DG. We cover some topics and themes that follow on from last week and have a look at what it takes to be Pathway 1. At the end of the podcast DG set him and I a challenge of trying to get in touch with Tim Ferris or Joe Rogan to help us with our podcast. I guess that really is chasing pathway 1!
We will keep you posted with how we go with this....

Again we tried something new tonight, I interviewed DG. We all know that he has so much to offer and that is why I wanted to start this in the first place, so that I could expose many people to some of his wisdom.
He was against it at first... well probably still is but I think this was a really powerful episode and one in which I hope you will enjoy. One episode doesn't do him justice so there will be more to come over the coming weeks
