On Today’s cast we finish up our coverage of the Adeptus Mechanicus. We start with what the machine spirit is (our bad on missing that on the last cast). We then dive into the growth of the value and thus the power of the Adeptus Mechanics within the Imperium, followed by a dive into the nightmare that is a forge world. After that we jump into the nightmare beings that are the Skitarii and Kataphrons. We then go into the tech priests of the Adeptus Mechanicus with all their variations. We then close on our favorite part of the Adeptus Mechanics, their incredible relationship with the inquisition.

On today’s cast we begin our dive into the Adeptus Mechanicus. We open with the origins of the Adeptus Mechanicus from well before the even the unification wars. From there we move onto the civil war that engulfed Mars that led to the rise of the Mechanicum. We then do a quick jump into the formation of Servitors and their value to the Mechanicum. After this we move into the arrival of the Emperor and the assimilation of the Mechanicum into the Imperium. We then close on the events of the Horus Heresy with the rise and fall of the Dark Mechanicum and the final creation of the Adeptus Mechanicus.

On today’s cast we conclude our coverage of the Grey Knights. We start off with a focus on Malcador’s secret Titan moon project and poor Garo. We then dive into the origin story of Ianus and again some Malcador. After that we jump into the specialized weaponry and armor of the Grey Knights. From there we tell some of the better stories of the Grey Knights and their feats. We end though on the greatest character of the Grey Knights (and in the top of all of the Imperium) Kaldor Draigo!!!

We open with, arguably the most exciting book of the Horus Heresy the Flight of the Eisenstein. From Nathaniel Garro’s discovery of the rebellion, through his journey back to Terra. After that we focus on the formation of the Knights Errant and their adventures in service to Malcador. We then close with the end of the Knights Errant as they are given an new purpose by the Emperor.

On todays cast we conclude our coverage of the Lore of Mortarian and Typhus. We open with the events leading up to the Istvaan III massacre and the Flight of the Eisenstein. Thereby marking the first serious public rift between Mortarian and Typhus. We then spend some time talking about each of their paths post drop site massacre. After that we dive into the conversion of the Death Guard to servants of Nurgle. After that we spend time on the rise of Typhus in service to Nurgle, they become the best of friends. We then finish with the most recent events in the 41st millenia for Typhus and Mortarian.

On todays episode we begin our coverage of the Officio Assassinorum. We start with a quick delve into the Schola Progenium, and get out of that as quickly as possible. We then talk about the history of the Assassins on Terra from before the Unification Wars up to the start of the Great Crusade. Then we talk a lot about the value the Assassin brought to the Imperium during the Great Crusade and then into the Horus Heresy. We then finish off with the Assassins between M32 and M41 and the “learning” the imperium had to go through about their powers and capabilities.

On today's episode we conclude (for now) our coverage of the Eldar. We dive into the weaponry and vehicles that the Eldar bring to bear on the battlefield. With some especial fan-boying about how broken and annoying they have been over the editions. We then jump into Wraithhosts who are both amazing and, in the case of the Wraith Knight, game breaking. Because we had some time left over, we decided it was a good time to tell the first part of the Ynnari story so as to set up some future casts about them.

On Today's cast we are covering another request from the Discord, the weapons of the Imperium. We go through all of the most commonly produced weapons utilized in the Imperium's war effort. We start off with ranged combat. From the Lowly bolt gun (which is actual a marvel of technology and power, but does not show at all on the table top) to the mighty Las-cannon. We then dive into melee weapons such as the chain-sword, power-fist and thunder-hammer. Does john go on a rant or two about these things? yes, very much so.
