Show Summary:
This was an incredible conversation with Alex Waters. Alex dropped out of highschool and started pursuing the entrepreneurial path from a young age. He founded two real estate agencies in the Pilbara, as well as a company called WORKSPACECO, which is an outsourcing agency in the Philippines that provides online remote staff to businesses around the world. He’s also involved in property development and investing.
We dive straight into the deep end as Alex shared his process of navigating the grief involved with his recent separation. He also shares his experience of self exploration and development after hitting a really tough spot in his life where he was achieving massive material success but lacking fulfilment and happiness.
We spoke about leadership, business, fatherhood and his current mission of creating connection by having 100 coffees with 100 strangers in 100 days and everything he’s learnt in the process.

This was an insightful and inspiring conversation with Trevor Spring, the founder of Wild and Wise, a Men’s archetypal embodiment experiential workshop and Wild & Wise Online, an online course of Health, Breathwork and Brotherhood.
Specializing in emotional, primal embodiment and the underlying states of health required to house mature masculinity, Trevor has spent the last 17 years working deeply as a holistic health and movement coach. Men’s work was beginning to feel heady, conceptual and based in story...full of important brotherly connections but like a support group for keeping things the same and just surviving within the existing paradigm. So Trevor began his process of experimentation.
We discussed the importance of embodied practices that keep us connected to our physicality and the limitations of trying to deal with things from purely the mind/talking about it. Trevor gave a great overview and insight into the different masculine archetypes and how we can use them as a powerful self awareness and development tool. He spoke about the birth of Wild and Wise and the medicine that this offers the men who step into that space.
We also touched on the challenges that present themselves during the transition to fatherhood, conscious relationship as an initiation for growth and evolution, and the importance of honouring that natural cycles and phases of life.
This episode was deeply insightful and I can guarantee there will be more that one significant take aways for you. Enjoy!
