    In today’s episode, we explore the concept of meditation in a way you’ve probably never heard before. Rather than something you do in silence or isolation, meditation becomes a state of being—one you can live in constantly, no matter what’s happening around you. This deep, transformative insight redefines what it means to stay connected to your inner self, bringing peace and clarity to your everyday life. 
    Drawing from Don Xavier’s teachings, we explore the concept of being in a meditative state 24/7, integrating meditation into your daily life by staying connected to your inner world rather than being consumed by the outer world. 
    We’ll also discuss how living in the outer world is the source of most of our stress, anxiety, and dis-ease, while true healing and peace come from within. By learning to exist in a state of stillness and divine power, we can overcome the toxic effects of external pressures and live in a state of well-being and health. This episode also touches on the importance of balancing the body and being, where our body, the physical container, should never control the divine essence within.

    In today’s episode, we dive deep into the often-overlooked yet profound role that water plays in our overall health and healing. Drawing from the teachings of Don Javier, we explore how water extends beyond physical necessity. It's a powerful element that carries memory. Water can be influenced by the way we engage with it - through our attitude, gratitude, and intention - which can directly affect its ability to nourish and heal our bodies. 
    A key point in Part 3 of this series is the effect of cold water on the body. Drinking cold water can cause crystallization in the blood, which Don Javier teaches may reduce our longevity by disrupting the natural flow of energy within the body. On the other hand, room-temperature water is gentler and works in harmony with our bodies, supporting a balance that enhances our well-being. 
    We also explore ancient practices like blessing water - a simple yet powerful way to tap into water’s healing frequency by infusing it with gratitude and intention. This practice allows us to access water as a source of healing and deepen our connection to its vital role in health. Additionally, we look at time-honored methods such as drinking from copper water bottles and oxygenating water, along with external supplements like herbs, as practical ways to amplify the benefits of what we consume.
