A professor suggested the idea back then, but it wasn’t until the COVID lockdown that she finally took the plunge. The sudden lifestyle changes caused her students to struggle with performance anxiety, sparking her mission to help them.
Her journey led her to an inspiring article in Piano Magazine where Dr. Skidmore’s work was featured. Impressed by his methods and research, Yukimi reached out to him, and their enlightening conversation inspired the launch of this podcast.
