Hey Mom Welcome to the 1st Episode of 2023
Imagine living through the hardest thing in your life and feeling like the worse is behind you. Imagine going against your gut and trusting that everything would be alright because you're giving it to God. Then the moment finally comes and you realize that you're getting what you prayed for and you're so thankful. Then seconds later that dream is snatched away and you're stuck in shock, you're so hurt, and now you start the grieving process. Reliving the same trauma twice is way harder the 2nd time around. Faith is a muscle that stretches you, its uncomfortable, and so unfair.

Hey Mom,
It's the last month of 2022 and life is still Lifein (pronounced Life- ing ). I am in the final stages of my final pregnancy, I went on maternity leave on 12/14, and I will be at home with my kids for 2 weeks while remodeling downstairs. Oh, and I also turned 35. It's safe to say that all of us Moms have had a busy December.
In this week's episode, I'll be sharing a full rundown of everything that happened in December. I will share how to keep your kids entertained without being on tablets and actually getting out of the house for fun on a budget.

Hey Mom,
2023 will be here very soon. Have you thought about how you want to change, grow, or achieve one goal? I know it's hard because us Moms are called to be "Super Woman" to everyone else and we tend to put our wants and needs on the back burner. If you haven't thought about what you want for the new year it's okay, and it's not too late. Just sit down pray and list 2-3 things you want to accomplish in 2023. Ask God to give you wisdom and to help you steward everything.
In this episode, I will give you some easy and doable tips that you can implement right now to help you prepare. It's okay if you start 2 days or 1 week from now just start at your own pace and stick with it. If you stop give yourself 3 days max to pick it back up. I would love to hear about some of your goals for 2023. Head over to the FB group so we can help each other be accountable.

Hello Moms,
Can you believe we are in the last day of 2022? I can't believe I am 1 week away from meeting my new bundle of joy. Pregnancy during these last weeks before the due date has been painful. I do not remember this with the other 3 and I don't like it here. The pressure, the heartburn, and the feeling like I can't do nothing is enough for me. Please pray for me and baby boy if you think of us.
In this week's episode, I'm discussing the devastating news that comes with finding out your baby will not live a "normal or perfect " life. We don't realize it but we are so hurt because we have to mourn the life we expected for our baby and this is very similar to the 5 stages of death.
Don't worry Mom these Tips will help you take everything one day at a time. You will soon have a " New Normal" that you will adapt to and you will feel so thankful and blessed. Remember you are not alone and it's okay to feel angry and frustrated but always remember to put your hope in God.
