Oh boy do I have a show for you!
What really happened behind the scenes of America's Next Top Model?
In this explosive episode, I meet Cycle 8 breakout star Corinne (formerly Britney Hatch) to pull back the curtain on the modeling industry's most controversial show.
From predatory contracts to psychological warfare, Corinne shares her raw, unfiltered experience of what went down when the cameras stopped rolling.
You'll hear all about:
How ANTM casting producers weaponized intense mental health evaluations to deliberately manipulate vulnerable girls into toxic reality TV tropes. The shocking financial reality of surviving on a tiny amount of money that contestants had to hand right back to production just to buy groceries. How editors spliced together mismatched audio, old clips, and fake room tones to manufacture drama and script total lies. The strict non-disclosure rules legally forbidding contestants from ever speaking to models from other cycles to keep systemic abuse hidden.

He shares behind-the-scenes memories from his 27-year journey on the show, from the original series to Organized Crime, and reflects on working alongside Mariska Hargitay and Christopher Meloni.

Episode 3 of my catch-ups with former podcast guests is with the wonderful Kerry, who found fame on Big Brother UK.
Since then, she has been an ambassador for people with disabilities, in particular MS.
She tells me all about how one show changed her life, how she thinks her season was the best, and why she is glad no-one has topped her Halloween exit from the house.
We also talk about her weight loss journey and how that has affected her health and why she is not picking sides in a break up.
And she looks back at her time in the NHS, and her time in the House and how they have made her who she is today.

In the second episode of my catch-up mini series, I chatted to Sarah Jayne about life has been since we last spoke on the podcast, almost FOUR years ago!!
I would not have said it would be that long!
In this, we talk about being lucky, pole dancing, empowerment, being a role model and being a literal model, and why there is a lack of them over 40.

As part of this week's celebration of my 100th episode, we are chatting to some former guests about how life has changed since we last spoke.
When I spoke to Billy back in June 2022, the pandemic was coming to an end, and life was good.
Just under a year later, Aslan lost Christy Dignam after a long cancer battle.
Now with a new singer two years later, Billy talks about the toll Christy's death had, losing a friend, and not knowing what to do in grief.
We also talk about playing Crazy World with Coldplay and so much more.
A great laugh as always! If you missed our first chat, make sure to check that out too!

IT'S MY 100TH EPISODE!!!! Whhhoooppppp!!
And the teenage Nicola who grew up with Now That's What I Call Music CDs, the posters of Ronan Keating with spiky hair in Father and Son and every issue of Smash Hits can't believe I am celebrating it with 90s popstar Kavana!!
We talk about his career, his new book Pop Scars and the stories we never knew- like how he was battling addiction and hiding his sexuality.
He's so open and honest, I think you'll agree.

This week I am joined by 2 musical legends- Barry Devlin and Charles O'Connor from Horslips!
I was so lucky to hear their stories of how they got started thanks to a Harp ad, what it was like touring during the Troubles and why losing a band member put an end to them touring again.
The group have a new album out now, At the BBC, featuring 4 CDs and a DVD which has recordings from the 70s and a book with loads of knowledge and stories!

Niamh has an incredible story.
You may know her as an All Ireland winner with Dublin, but did you know she had a rare disease growing up that caused her to have to learn how to speak all over again when she was just 10?
She tells me all, and how sport helped her when she couldn't express how she felt.
