In a rapidly changing world, how do we best prepare our children for the future? Press play on the latest episode of the Transform with Travel podcast where Kelly interviews Rekha Magon, co-founder and Chief Education Officer of Boundless Life. Rekha's insights challenge the status quo of traditional education, advocating for a model that's dynamic, adaptive, and in tune with the needs of our global society.
Many parents are reconsidering the traditional methods of schooling, where education often feels like a factory model—with rigid schedules and standardized tests that reward compliance over creativity. Rekha shares how Boundless Life integrates multi-age classrooms, enabling students to learn alongside peers who are both older and younger, fostering leadership, empathy, and more natural learning relationships.
In the episode, we discuss the importance of adapting education to be more personalized, hands-on, and globally focused. Through experiences like cultural immersion at Boundless Life locations, children learn not just academics but also empathy, cultural awareness, and global-mindedness as they interact with local communities and tackle real-world problems.
For parents eager to implement global learning without boarding an international flight, Rekha offers practical tips. Invite the world into your home by cooking meals from different countries, participating in cultural festivals, or simply engaging with families from different backgrounds in your community.
As Boundless Life expands, Rekha envisions a world with more immersive education centers, making global learning accessible to even more families. Current destinations include Portugal, Tuscany, Greece, Bali, and Montenegro, with the newest location in Uruguay, offering rich cultural experiences in breathtaking settings.

As the founder of Blaxit Global, Chrishan Wright exemplifies the spirit of empowerment through travel. Her journey, from growing up with dreams of living abroad to creating a thriving community for Black expats, offers inspiration and guidance for anyone seeking to find freedom and fulfillment in new places.
Chrishan's personal experiences exposed a lack of representation for Black expats in global narratives. Her perspective highlights how the community adapts to shifting political climates, ensuring that members understand their 'why' and remain grounded despite external turbulence.
Chrishan's story is a testament to the notion of living life by design, not by default. Her advice to young Black women aspiring to see the world is simple yet profound: "Go for it." With support, community, and a clear vision of one's goals, the world opens up in unimaginable ways.
