    If so, this episode will give you loads of tools to help you reduce stress on your body. A lot of healthy habits are actually stressors (more specifically: hormetic stressors which means that you stress the body just enough so it adapts and gets stronger).

    We wouldn't encourage someone to go for a jog if they had a sprained ankle, because obviously that stress would make the already weakened ankle worse! This is the same concept. We can't be stressing the body if it's going to make things worse... if the body is to weakened, we need to take stress OFF the body so that it can develop more resilience.

    In this episode, I'm going to share some common things that stress the body (these might surprise you!) and how to avoid, or swap out these habits with ones that are more soothing and restoring.

  • In this episode I dive into why so many people I see are struggling with blood sugar crashes that may be in the normal or even high range. Often this is driven by a lack of metabolic flexibility which means the inability or decreased ability to burn stored energy like sugar in our liver, or body fat, as fuel.
