Who needs enemies when you have bridesmaids like this? After last week's dilemma from a bride who was badly let down by her bridesmaids, we had a influx of people sharing their own experiences with bad wedding behaviour, everything from demanding a bridesmaid go on a diet, to family being told not to have any life events for the next two years until after the wedding.
Niamh also gives an update on her new house and wonders if she has an eye for interiors, as Nessa does her best to offer some tips from her own experience.

No matter what happens it can't be worse than the listener who got in touch to ask for advice after her bridesmaids failed to arrange a hen for her or even text her back with their dress sizes!

Niamh's house hunting journey might finally be coming to an end! But the stress and excitement of it all, combined with holiday prep has her feeling overwhelmed, and leaves her irritable to say the least. Thankfully, she's distracted by her dream hen party featuring the one and only Johnny Sexton.
Nessa has also made a big purchase this week after paying off her dream wedding dress - But, now that the summer has arrived and reminded her just how sweaty you can get, she's considering some drastic measures to avoid any perspiration on her big day. She also makes a big reveal about some cosmetic news.

In 2020, while 37 weeks pregnant Aoibhe Devlin was exposed to such horrific trolling it forced her to take a break from social media. The trolls knew things only a close friend or family member could have known, and Aoibhe's trust in her close circle was shattered. She told Niamh and Nessa about taking a page out of Coleen Rooney's book and doing her own "Wagatha Christie" style investigation and the surprise she got when she unmasked one troll.
Aoibhe decided not to let the trolls win and returned to posting on social media after a short break, but her self belief was hugely impacted. She's worked on herself since then to rebuild her confidence and is now focusing her energy on being a single mom to her two kids.

With a walk down the aisle fast approaching, Niamh will do anything promising to have her looking good on her big day, including a facial which has her looking every bit the blushing bride, emphasis on blushing. Hopefully that along with her new habit of microdosing workouts is enough to keep any cold feet at bay.
Nessa meanwhile is less focused on her wedding prep, and more focused on meal prep and she takes on the glucose goddess challenge. She explains just what's involved and how a celebrity break up lead her to take it on.

Once known as Kneevo, Niamh O'Connor has matured a lot since she first started out on social media, and part of that has been recognising and owning up to her mistakes. For Niamh, a two week stint in the hospital after developing cellulitis from bum filler was the wake up call she needed to realise that her blasé attitude to cosmetic procedures was wrong. Now, she wants everyone to know the real risks and she joined Niamh and Nessa to share her story of how she went from going under the knife 5 times in one year to turning her back on cosmetic procedures entirely.

The three talk about everything from insomnia and burnout, to the sleepy girl mocktail and how parasites could be waking you up at night. The girls also posed some of your concerns to Anne Marie, send your listener questions in to [email protected].

Inspired by the viral 'Sephora Kids' trend seen online, Niamh and Nessa ask how young is too young to be using retinol and if an interest in skincare is damaging for kids or just a new wave of experimentation? They also take a trip down memory lane and recount some of their favourite, but sadly discontinued products from their youth.
And that's not the only throwback from their childhood's mentioned - Niamh is also bringing back... falling? A tumble while out for a jog has her in need of some rest and relaxation, but true to form, she won't lie down for long. Much like the partner of a listener who got in touch looking for advice after he too injured himself but won't take the proper break needed to recover. Send in your questions to [email protected].

And the two answer your questions on building up the confidence to go makeup free and navigating different cleanliness levels in a houseshare. Send your questions in to [email protected].

Niamh and Nessa lament their lack of pastimes and reminisce on childhood hobbies, like speech and drama, Irish dancing and failed attempts at learning a musical instrument, for inspiration on how they could spend their evenings. Niamh reveals her not so secret love of performing and desire for the stage, while Nessa wonders how many candles is too many candles to burn per week.
The girls also ask whether older generations had it better by focusing their efforts on more fulfilling pursuits, and get briefly confused by the game of Bridge.
