Sam Namm is a convert to the Church of Jesus Christ who has an incredible story with her mental health journey and Jesus Christ. She tells everyone about her deep and abiding love for God and Jesus Christ and what experiences got her there. Additionally, she shares ways she now practices helping her own children and those she loves HOW to talk of mental health in a very effective way. She continues to practice her own advice of how to handle heavy emotions which I felt was an incredible and powerful way to model the HOW to those in our homes and in our neighborhoods.
