We're on double digits!!! Episode TEN! This is one of my faves because it's a little laid back Starts with a girls' night out Ends with me registering for a new class And trying to bring an idea to life!

There are many things that trigger my grief. Funerals though, are top of that list - 3 funerals later I've finally figured out exactly why. If you'd like to share your thoughts on this episode - do send through a whatsapp voice/audio note to: +254768628790

Last week I was in Ethiopia for the very first time. I was invited by the African Union for the 2nd Pan African Youth Forum. There were many African youth present to witness the launch of the 1mby2021 initiative. Of course I wanted to meet the team behind it all, as it was run by a group of young Africans! Their leader being Kholekile Mnisi! His story just blew me away - from never knowing who his dad was, loosing his mum when he was 10, quitting a high paying job to revolutionizing the African Union! Hope it inspires you as much as it did me!

My best friend Val a.k.a Lwile of 14years is in this episode! She's recently found her passion which is writing (she's hella good at it too), as have I but we keep failing to find a way to live off our passion - they don't make us enough money (or no money even). We don't think we're the only ones facing this - enjoy our tips, venting & laughter in this episode. PS: Check out her blog here: https://lwiletheleo.com/

This episode is inspired by: - my journey to accepting my scars and learning not to be ashamed of them. - A quote I came across: “Dare to love your body in a society that makes you hate it for profit” - and it spoke volumes to my journey of self acceptance. PS: If after listening to this episode you want to share about your own insecurities about your body - send a whatsapp voice/audio note to: +254768628790

Last Episode I shared my personal battle with grief and asked you to share yours on the #LegallyClueless hotline! This episode is more of your story, your voices, than mine. Thank you to everyone who shared their story with me! I'm glad this is becoming a safe space for us!

I'm anxious about the 31st of March - that will mark 7 years since my mum passed away. Grief has definitely been the toughest thing I have ever battled, consistently. Loosing her is the greatest heartbreak I have to relive over and over. Speaking about it helps me and if you want to share your own battle with grief with me - to be used in the next episode - record a whatsapp audio/voice note and send it to me on whatsapp to this number: +254 768 628 790 love, Adelle
