  • The Startup Sh*tshow was started to showcase the real behind-the-scenes look into the business startup world. Starting a business and the journey through the entrepreneurial process includes its ups and downs, victories, disasters, backstabbing, underhandedness, and of course shit shows.

    We wanted to showcase true startup stories. We can’t think of a single business that didn’t grow through tough times. This show is for everyday business owners, solopreneurs, Etsy store owners, and the like. If you’re trying to get a business up and running smoothly this show is for you. As you might imagine starting a business is a messy process. It’s our aim to help you navigate these uncertain times. Sprinkle in a little hope and levity and you have a recipe for a great show!

    Flossie Hall draws from her experiences starting and running multiple companies and helping thousands of business owners launch and grow their own ventures. She is well-versed in business operations, public relations, pitch decks, business plans, marketing, and education. She’s also known as a business therapist that helps founders remove roadblocks and gain clarity which allows the founders to focus on the vision instead of getting bogged down in the daily grind. Flossie excels at pitching businesses and securing funding.

    Travis Johnson draws from his perspective as a business owner, podcast host, and retired naval officer. Although fairly new to the business scene, his interview prowess will help guide the conversation and uncover valuable nuggets of information. He has brought two shows into the top 10% globally, he’s the host of the Veteran Podcast Awards, host of the Titan Evolution Podcast, author of the Podcast Titan Book Series, and is the only podcaster with a college-accredited course.
