In this episode of 10 Hours from Home, I get more personal than I ever thought I would. I discuss my own abortion story and share the horrible experience I had in a blue state before Roe v. Wade was overturned. I also dive into the emotions, the American experience (from my point of view) and the stark contrast to that of the European approach to an abortion. This is definitely one size fits all but I've spoken to enough people on both sides to know there is a difference.
This story is deeply personal and still, almost 11 years later, painful to recall for many reasons. If any of this resonates with you or you need someone to support you, please feel free to reach out at [email protected]
I wish you all a safe and happy space wherever you are in the world. xx
