Let’s rethink Jakob Nielsen’s Usability Heuristics by reviewing their history
In this article I reason as to why the current number of 10 Usability Heuristics is not enough and present an additional heuristic called “Accessibility and Inclusivity” which complements the other heuristics to ensure that everyone can interact with good interface designs in a satisfied manner. Finally, I share the reason why I think our work as UX Designers is not done yet.
