  • If you are among the 2.5 million employees working in sales in the United States, you understand the challenges that come with converting potential leads into closed sales, even for the most talented salespeople. Regardless of the industry you're in, it requires a diverse set of skills and knowledge to convince prospective customers that your solution is the ideal fit for their specific problem.

Our guest in this episode comes from an industry that many may not realize to be a niche that you drive sales into.

Dr David Pearce started and owned a dental practice for 25 years before selling that business in 2021. After selling his practice, Dr Pearce pursued a second life dream by creating Ultimate Success In Dentistry, to coach dentists on the business side of dentistry. High ticket sales coaching helps not only foster and fund health care innovation, but also helps practitioners earn more.

Through his dental coaching services, Dr. David teaches others in the healthcare industry how not to have their vision stalled by the current healthcare system. He now works one on one with a handful of dentists at a time and becomes their guide who has walked the walk so they can achieve everything they want yet do so much faster than they ever thought possible.

  • When a machine breaks down, it's clear that there's a flaw in its mechanics or system, which can be identified and fixed to make the machine work again. However, dealing with complex living systems like families, workplaces, or the natural environment, success systems are not so straightforward. These systems are dynamic, lacking a simple baseline to restore, and they often overlap and interconnect with other systems. As a result, successful systems can be illusive, and implementing simple solutions can easily backfire.

A Systems Thinking mindset helps problem-solvers approach, consider, and predict the outcomes of their ideas, making it an invaluable concept when dealing with any system. Business system support helps business owners learn to fish rather than be given a fish.

But how can you develop a systems mindset? Our guest in this episode will be a fantastic resource on this topic.

Josh is a consultant, coach, and speaker, who specializes in business system analysis and business systems for small business. With his skills in business system analysis he is the sole worldwide licensing agent for the Work the System Method, based on Sam Carpenter’s book Work the System: The Simple Mechanics of Making More and Working Less, now in its fourth edition.

  • The Bible says, “To everything, there is a season. A time to be born, and a time to die … a time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance” (Ecclesiastes 3:1–2, 4).

Coping with loss may require grief help and eventually grief healing. Grief comes in waves and grief unresolved can impact every area of your life.

Knowing that death and grieving are necessary may not soften the pain, but it can make happiness sweeter in its season.

Our guest in this grief podcast is a parent who lost her child and experienced the mental and physical pain of grief. Through devotion in faith, she reached out to God for help to survive.

Carole Sluski is also an author who gathered her expertise, knowledge, and talent and put it to use for her recovery and to benefit others she loves.

  • Many faith-based or spiritual business owners don’t always like the idea of labeling other businesses who provide similar services as “competitors”. We don’t want to be in the competitive analysis business. Being abundant thinkers, we believe there are more than enough clients, revenue, etc., for all of us. Many of us have not given much thought to our company competitive advantage.

While that is true. When we better understand our competitors and their strengths and weaknesses relative to ours, we can better position ourselves better. Your business competitive advantage knowledge is a tremendous asset. We can create marketing plans and communication strategies so it is easier for our ideal clients to find us.

Our radio guest today can show us how to get even more creative in how we showcase and package when we offer perfectly suited for those we want to serve, with competitive advantage examples and competitive edge examples.

Robbie Phoenixx is an industry and C-Suite recognized competitive intelligence expert working with Fortune 1000 companies like Live Nation, Verizon, and AT&T. In this important, but often overlooked field of business competitive intelligence, as a keynote speaker and strategic marketing leader, Robbie shares with entrepreneurs and top business leaders how to leverage one's creative advantage to become your competitive advantage.

  • About six months ago, we had the opportunity to interview Sally Gimon, discussing Spendthrift Trusts. We barely scratched the surface of what we planned to talk about regarding tax protection, wealth protection, financial protection, and infinite banking, so I invited her back for a second interview.

In our previous episodes, we have been introduced to infinite banking by our guest experts Brandon Neely and Jason K Powers.

In this episode, we'll continue exploring the fundamental principles behind Spendthrift Trusts and how they can serve as a powerful tool in safeguarding your assets and securing your financial future.

Our expert today is a licensed life insurance agent for 19 years and specializes in Infinite Banking. She helps clients become debt-free in ⅓ of the time and then insures their money when making investments.

Sally Gimon was motivated to become a real estate investor when her mom became sick in October 2018. Sally was 53 and needed to make a change in her life quickly. She has been an insurance agent for 20 years and has used her experience to make positive changes. Now she shares her information weekly in her real estate group and Win, Win Women TV.

In July 2020 she bought a Bank Owned Property for $20,000 that would go to auction for $50,000 when Covid restrictions lifted. She knew her Capital Gains would be $7,140 and researched how the rich paid so little in taxes. This led her to find the Business and Beneficial Spendthrift Trusts and help others with financial empowerment.

  • In many cultures, a prevailing expectation exists for men to embody strength, self-reliance, and independence. From a young age, they are often taught to believe they must shoulder responsibility and navigate life's challenges without asking for help. This cultural phenomenon can have significant implications for men's mental health, relationships, and overall well-being. The pressure to "do it all by themselves" can create a sense of isolation, hinder the development of healthy support systems, and perpetuate harmful stereotypes of masculinity.

This societal narrative places a heavy weight on men's shoulders, reinforcing the notion that seeking assistance or expressing vulnerability is a sign of weakness or failure. As a result, men may find themselves grappling with their emotions in silence, reluctant to seek the support they may desperately need. The need for life coaches for men is becoming increasingly evident. But where do male life coaches hang out? Where can you find a male life coach?

Our guest in this episode is a Chemist who left the corporate world and now helps men everywhere discover how to get more of what they want and live the promise of abundant life, as a life coach for men. . By combining analytical science, psychology, and the time-honored teachings of the Faith, Men’s life coach Michael Jaquith's life coaching for men practice helps men who feel stuck, confused, and powerless to unlock those chains and find what they want.
