The Rugby world cup is in full swing nearing the end of the grou stages so a little update on that. I had a super busy week with a lot of emotional ups and downs so I went through all of that.

Today I am 7 Years Sober and it has been quite the ride. Roller coaster ride, With very highs very lows but life is here to live and I'm getting better even though it feels (or at least I feel) worse. Struggling with inner conflict that I have at the moment but I need to just choose a side and stick with it because indecision leads to inaction and that is not where I want to be.

A lot of times We think because We failed in one small thing that an Entire cause has failed. We should not let a minor setback (or a major one for that matter) derail us from what We are doing.
