“I am like a cheerleader in human form,” says Leslie Randolph, a self-confidence coach and founder of The Coach Chronicles. “I think you have to do what is kind of right for you and your soul,” says Palak Patel. “I wanted to be a part of providing role models who look and sound like women from all over the world,” shares Jamie Mittelman, founder of Flame Bearers, a media company dedicated to amplifying the stories of women Olympians and Paralympians. “I definitely don’t know if I would have done it if I knew how difficult it was back then.
