Dan shares another great book that we should all read - The Checklist Manifesto: How to Get Things Right by Atul Gawande. Having a checklist doesn't seem to really be a big deal.
A great quote from the book that Dan shares, "Do everything 1% better". Do everything 1% better and once all of these would add up, it will result in a massive progress over time.
