You do not need to slam protein after your workout. Itâs about how much protein you eat daily, not about how much you eat after working out.
You do not need to fuel before workouts if youâre not hungry. Listen to your body and give it what it needs.

Weâve been conditioned to think that weight loss is the goal. That if we just see the number on the scale go down, weâll magically get the lean, toned body we want. But thatâs not how it works.
Weight loss and body composition are not the same thing. Losing weight just means losing weight. It doesnât tell you if that weight is coming from fat or muscle, and it definitely doesnât guarantee youâll look or feel the way you want.
So today, Iâm breaking down one of the biggest weight loss myths that we need to UNALIVE. Yes, we need this myth to disappear because it is holding you back! So letâs bust these once and for all so you can focus on what actually works and finally build the body you want.
What I discuss:
Fat loss is NOT about eating as little as possible and working out more.
A small, sustainable calorie deficit works better than an extreme cut.
our workouts stay the sameâ3-5 strength training sessions per week is all you need.
You should NEVER live in fat loss mode. Cycle in and out for long-term results.

Okay, letâs talk about those âawardsâ weâre chasingâthe ones that donât exist but somehow control so much of what we do, how we feel, and how we show up in life.
Let me give you a few examples. Ever caught yourself secretly competing for the:
âNo mistakes were madeâ award?
Or the âMost beautifulâ award?
How about âSkinniestâ?
âLived up to all expectationsâ?
âNever said noâ?
âNever asked for helpâ?
Oh, and letâs not forget the big one: âLiked by everyone.â
And last but not least, the âDidnât need restâ award.
Are you cringing yet? Because SAME. The crazy part is, none of these awards are real. Literally none of these exist. No one is handing us trophies for being exhausted, perfect, or never making mistakes â but still, weâre running ourselves into the ground trying to win them.

And while it might feel tempting to dive into the whole âbounce backâ culture, Iâm here to remind you that your body deserves so much more than that. This is your time to heal, replenish, and thrive. So letâs talk about how you can use nutrition to feel your best during this postpartum chapter!
What I discuss:
Donât even think about dieting.
Also, donât put pressure on yourself to count your macros
Use this time of life to eat intuitively â your body needs a lot so donât hold back from giving it what itâs asking for.
If you do count one macro, let it be protein.
Try to build all your means around protein, aiming to get 20-30g per meal to keep you more energized and satiated.
After protein, fill your diet with lots of health fats and fiber.
Make sure youâre incorporating iron and vitamin-c rich foods into your daily food intake.
