Welcome to Wisdom at the Crossroads. I am your host, Amanda Onchulenko and I am excited to invite you into my studio practice, remotely.
Together let’s pause the rhythm of the day as we dive into the backstories of an artistic life, my life, exploring lessons learned through creativity and inspiration. We will reflect on how some of my favourite paintings have evolved and what wisdom I have found at the crossroads where action and presence meet.
Each episode will end with a short meditation or reflection as we strive to be inspired and find a quiet pause in the busyness of the day’s activities. I will look forward to connecting.
In the meantime, may you be more, be present. And do a little less.
See you on Tuesdays! -
Fringes is a bi-weekly podcast made by and about trans and gender non-conforming Jews about our experiences with tallitot and tzitztit. Each episode interviews a different trans Jew about their relationship to these ritual Jewish garments. Sometimes this is about the struggle to find home in a traditionally gendered garment and ritual, others it’s about the creativity and joy trans Jews find in making a ritual our own. Fringes features rabbis, musicians, artists, friends, friends of friends, and is looking to continue interviewing people who feel some connection to this ritual. Fringes is sponsored by Advah Designs and hosted by Emma June Youcha, trans employee of Advah Designs. The episodes, along with transcriptions of the show, definitions, and additional information, will be available at advahdesigns.com/fringes. Please reach out to [email protected] with any questions!

Welcome to the Ghibliotheque, the podcast that leafs through libraries of films from the world’s greatest animation studios.
In 2018, Michael Leader, an avowed Studio Ghibli fanatic, sat down with Jake Cunningham, who had never seen any of the Studio’s work before. Together they looked at the history behind Ghibli's films (including Spirited Away, My Neighbour Totoro and Princess Mononoke), and got a critical perspective from Jake as a first-time viewer. They covered all of Studio Ghibli's films, visited Japan on the ultimate Ghibli pilgrimage, and have since interviewed artists, animators and filmmakers who have either worked on or have been deeply inspired by Ghibli's films. With their co-host Steph Watts, they have also branched out to cover filmographies of other studios and filmmakers whose work has revolutionised animation, from Satoshi Kon and Mamoru Hosoda to Cartoon Saloon and Henry Selick.
Where will we go next? For more information, follow us on Twitter at @ghibliotheque, or on Instagram at ghibliotheque.pod. Or email us at [email protected].

Famous faces take their best mate, their mum, their neighbour (whoever they want) for an afternoon at a favourite museum or gallery. As well as getting a peek behind the scenes, seeing what makes a museum tick, it's also the starting point for some great conversations about life, the universe and everything. As well as a chance to eat lots of cake in the cafe.
Meet Me at the Museum is published by Art Fund, the UK’s national charity for art, which raises money for museums and galleries through the National Art Pass – a neat little card that gets you free or reduced-price entry to hundreds of great cultural venues and exhibitions around the country. The podcast is produced by Whistledown.

NKATA is an Igbo word from the language spoken by the Igbo people of Nigeria. It simply means "Conversation". Thus this podcast series will feature conversations with selected individuals (artists, cultural operators, and creatives) whose work I have known – some over many years and others, a little less so. What sets them apart is that I consider them and their works to be compelling, engaging and relevant to the time. The idea of this podcast is to have in-depth but also accessible conversations about who these individuals are, their life’s journeys and how this translates into their vocation as creative people. Conversations will depart from exploring the background of the artists' personal history while meandering through key themes, positions, and ideologies central to their works. Each episode will feature one conversation with a selected artist. Emeka Okereke (Host).
