FASTer Way trainer Coach LeAnne Ash is today's guest sharing about eating gluten and dairy free. Gluten can trigger adverse reactions in some people because the peptides in gluten are resistant to stomach acids, making them hard to digest. Symptoms can range from mild indigestion to more serious health conditions. As for dairyâŠcows milk is appropriate to fatten up a child. But about 70% of the worldâs adult population canât digest dairy - leading to inflammation, autoimmune diseases, gut issues, and more.
