This week on the FOUNDEBRAIN podcast I speak to Joseph Pack, founder of Drug Free ADHD and Founders are Mental, about how he manages ADHD through breathwork, cold water exposure, meditation and finding balance in his life.
This fascinating conversation digs deep into Joe's burnout journey and how he reverse engineered the effects of ADHD medication to create a daily routine that has reduced his ADHD symptoms to the point where some days he says he wonders if he would still get a positive diagnosis.

Today's episode of FOUNDERBRAIN is a really honest and confronting chat with the founder of UniLad and LadBible, Alex Partridge.
Alex talks to us about nearly losing his entire company, having to go through a four-year court case to win it back, his ADHD diagnosis, alcohol addiction, and everything that comes with it.
It's been a really honest and hopeful discussion on some of the really hard times we can all go through as ADHD founders and I think you'll get a lot out of it.

In 2014 Josh White travelled to Thailand with two friends and discovered a serious plastic bottle issue on the remote island. Despite having no interest in sustainability at the time they quickly realised they were part of the problem, and they wanted to find a solution.
And that's when they created canned water, something that didn't exist before, and CanO Water was born. In 2016 they launched in Selfridges and fast forward a decade and they now have a celebrity investor in Ricky Gervais.
In his own words, Josh is an accidental entrepreneur. Diagnosed with ADHD as a child he battled addiction and he was "never ever meant to be where he is today."
Josh's founder story is truly mind-blowing and a reminder ADHD founders can make their mark in the most unlikely of ways.

Welcome to the very first episode of FOUNDERBRAIN where I chat to fellow ADHD founders and uncover how they've built successful businesses in a neurotypical world.
In today's episode, I chat to the co-founder of global media brand BETCHES, Sami Sage about how she created a successful business with her best friends despite not having a clear roadmap. Sami is brutally honest about the challenges of living with ADHD and running a business and shares some incredible advice for anyone wanting to do the same (and feeling like they could never.......).
In their own words, BETCHES "create content that empowers women to say WTF is actually on their minds." And in today's episode that's exactly what Sami and I do.

Running a business with your partner could be considered challenging enough but it becomes even more so when you're both neurodiverse. This is exactly why I wanted to chat with today's guest, the CEO of Yorkshire-based home decor brand Dowsing & Reynolds Ally Dowsing-Reynolds.
In their own words, Ally and James started Dowsing & Reynolds back in 2013 "almost by accident" and now have a team of 60+ people in a diverse, people-first team Kate is passionate about. In the episode Ally talks about how important company culture is and shares how her ADHD superpowers have helped make Dowsing & Reynolds one of the UK's fastest growing companies.
