  • In 1996, Dennis Balthaser made the move to Roswell with an important and clear goal: to continue his research into the UFO phenomena. With a background in civil engineering, his fascination with extraterrestrial possibilities led him to the epicenter of unexplained encounters. Which is where Kelly sat in on one of his lectures while on her paranormal excursion in the desert.
