Happy holidays! Just like Nicole crushing it in spin class, we’re not taking a break. Her spin class substitute caught her vibing during a session and gave her some well-deserved praise. Despite the stereotype, sweaty gym-goers aren’t exactly sexy—but Rich and Covino were sleeveless at SoulCycle, looking like the cutest cycling duo ever.
Rich posed an interesting question: Does Lance Armstrong deserve a pass for cheating, considering he raised millions for cancer research? Meanwhile, Nicole has taken on a new role as the MC of the school’s fundraiser events, bringing in serious cash for the school. Rich also wonders if it’s weird to befriend other parents when your kids don’t even hang out together.
The duo dive into listener questions, tackling topics like chore charts, whether a parent is unreasonable for insisting their partner attend a parent-teacher conference even if they’re unavailable, and more.
Oh, and about “Have Kids They Said," apparently, we can’t promote the show at schools because we’re too smutty and we couldn't agree more.

In today’s episode, Nicole and Rich dive headfirst into the chaos of "sexophrenia," as Rich gives us a peek into his too-sexy wild imagination. Nicole’s husband swings by to drop some linguistic wisdom, introducing everyone to the word trollop (you’re welcome).
The duo then gets serious-ish, chatting about the importance of mental health while airing their parental worries about their boys individually. Rich shares how his kids pulled off a holiday prank masterclass on him, leaving him both proud and confused. They also take bets on which family members or friends will roll in late or stir up drama at holiday parties. And to top it all off, Nicole hits Keegan’s basketball game and accidentally turns one of the players into a walking meme by nicknaming him Gumby!

In today's episode, Nicole and Rich are joined by the incomparable and hilarious Alyce Chan (MOMCOMNYC) as they tackle some of parenting's toughest questions: Who’s your favorite kid? Where do you draw the line on conversation topics with other parents? And should you really invest in Bitcoin for your kid’s college fund?
In last week's TV Dad Face-Off, Homer Simpson (The Simpsons) took down Peter Griffin (Family Guy). This week, Johnny Rose (Schitt’s Creek) goes head-to-head with Jack Pearson (This Is Us), with Alyce introducing a new twist to the debate—do we judge TV dads on their parenting skills, or whether we’d want to sleep with them?
Finally, the trio answers a listener’s burning question: Should parents tell their kids Santa isn’t real, or leave it for someone else to spill the beans?
Catch more of Alyce’s comedy at momcom.co and on Instagram @momcomnyc.

Nicole, Rich, and producer Jess had an epiphany realizing that they would starve if their partners weren't in their lives. Rich is obsessed with Lindsay Lohan’s latest holiday romantic comedy and Nicole couldn't care less. Today's "What We Hate” got pretty serious, Nicole was upset and Rich advised on some tough love parenting. Rich was livid to witness his daughter becoming a little too sassy with her baby brother. How do you deal with your kids struggling with perfectionism, listeners we want to know. A little girl in a viral reel taught us to own what we are trying to say, even if it is bad words.

They need names! As they chat, they reminisce about life before technology—back before you always knew who was calling and before being able to choose your exact seat at the movie theater.
This week on TV Dad Face-Off, it’s Peter Griffin versus Homer Simpson. Who’s the ultimate dad?
With the holidays just around the corner, they reflect on adult friendships: where do you draw the line on exchanging gifts? And who makes the guest list for your holiday parties?

Rich just returned from Miami after six days away from his family, and we get to share the heartwarming moment his kids welcome him back. Fun fact: Rich managed to sleep on the flight home—something he’s never done before! While Rich raves about Miami and could imagine living there, Nicole isn’t a fan of the heat.
They dive into vacation dynamics, including the common pressure for "sexy time" when traveling without kids. In round three of the TV Dad Face-Off, it’s Uncle Phil (The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air) vs. Dan Conner (Roseanne)—who will win?
Listener questions bring up hot topics like getting your partner to step up with parenting duties and whether it’s tacky to charge another parent when their child breaks something in your home.

Nicole and Rich are back to close out your week with the “Fyre Festival” of Fay Balls. Rich recounts his night out with his wife, Sarah, dressed to the nines—complete with elf ears. He also shared a list of overused phrases that he feels should be retired, leaving Nicole feeling personally attacked. She’s not quite ready to let go of favorites like “so that happened,” “I did a thing,” and “all of the feels.” Nicole then shared the wild story of her girlfriend’s airport run-in with security drug dogs, traveling with her husband and kids, and the loss of beef jerky in the process.

Nicole and Rich wrap up your week with the best "Top That" stories, guaranteed to make you laugh heartily at relatable moments, such as nude encounters in the locker room or sitting too close to a person you know farting in public. Nicole reminded us to advocate for ourselves; if the masseuse is cooking you because your massage bed is too hot, say something. If your name is Lyndsey and not Ryndey, say something. Rich went swimming for compliments and came out dry, but at least he was able to reminisce on his favorite childhood movies.

Nicole and Rich are keeping things spooky for Halloween today. Rich haunted us by saying that reading was only for women, Nicole’s son Keegan put his pants on backwards twice, and his teacher informed Nicole that Keegan is unorganized, like her. Frighteningly, Rich broke his daughter’s trust while cutting her nails and now owes her a shopping spree. Nicole shares her spooky story of arriving at a Morning Mash Up recording an hour early, all due to the haunting of daughter Parker’s cornet.
