In this 20 minute podcast I wanted to share with you some methods of setting goals to help you improve your riding and or relationship with your horse. I include 7 reasons why setting goals is a good thing to do, and some rules to follow to get the most from the process. I'm not wed to any one method of goal setting and use this opportunity to share with you different approaches I have used and continue to do so in my riding, my businesses and my life in general.
