In today's episode Austin and Berlin hit pause on the Revelation series to dive into their personal Bible study going through the book of Matthew. They specifically dive into Jesus' teaching in Matthew 5:21-48(read from the CSB version in today's episode).
In today's episode, the couple see to address Jesus' teaching on sin. Is sin just an action that we have to stop? Or is there more to sin than merely what we do? Is it part of who we are? How do we fight sin?

In today’s episode I want you to step into the fray by contemplating a few things.
1.) How would you describe Jesus? Is He kind, nice, angry, distant?
2.) How does your view of Jesus show up in how you treat others?
3.) Where do you need to readjust your vision of Jesus to more match reality?
Think about these questions as you listen to mine and Berlin’s conversation today as we continue going through the Book of Revelation finding out who is able to open the sealed scroll.

In the second episode of our new series going through the book of Revelation we aim to answer two questions:
1.) Who is John(the author) writing to?
2.) Who is the mysterious voice speaking to John?
Austin and Berlin continue to establish a foundation for the rest of this series focused on understanding the main voices throughout this letter. Along with answering the two questions mentioned above, we discuss the overarching story the Bible is communicating as well as briefly ask the question: Why is a Disney character from the movie Hercules in the Bible?
Thank you for joining us as we continue to go through this series!

What happens when our churches become isolated groups that struggle to let others in? It creates a barrier for people to truly expereince the community and love God has aimed to bless us with. But in our culture today the art of having a conversation with another person has been lost. Learning simple facts about someone knew like their name has become one of the hardest challenges we will face. In this episode Austin and Berlin pull some tips from Dale Carnegie’s book ‘How To Win Friends and Influence People’ in order for us to apply those tips to our local gatherings as a church. The couple goes over the importance of knowing peoples names, creating a welcoming atmosphere that draws people in and finding ways to let strangers to your church know that we care about yo even outside of these four walls.

IN OUR NEW SERIES AUSTIN TAKES US THROUGH THE LETTER TO THE GALATIANS where in this episode we stop and ask the question: WHAT IS FAITH?
Faith is often interpreted to be mere belief, but what if Paul described faith as more than just wishful thinking?
-
IN OUR NEW SERIES AUSTIN TAKES US THROUGH THE LETER TO THE GALATIANS and in this episode asks the question: who is allowed at the table?
Division amongst God's people is not a new phenomenom, Paul the Apostle himself had to confront the early church leaders about their exclusion of the gentiles. But why would the early church struggle with this issue of division to begin with? And what grounds did Paul have to stand on as he approached this controversial issue?
