  • Ever felt bogged down by a jam-packed calendar, with calls every day dragging you down? If you’re constantly packing your calendar and taking calls every day, there’s a good chance you’re hindering your business’s growth.

    One of the most powerful levers for business growth is optimization and efficiency. As I examined my business and growth patterns, I realized that a packed calendar and constant client calls were the culprit of draining my energy and slowing my progress. Once I started viewing my calendar as a powerful asset (and helping my clients do the same), my business growth and energy totally changed.

    Today I only schedule calls for maybe two days a week, and ideally just one. If you’re reading this and thinking it sounds impossible, this episode is for you!

    In today’s episode I am going to challenge you to rethink your own calendar management and to lean into what works best for you and the outcomes in your business. It will take bravery, getting real with yourself, and a few best practices that I share to get you on your way to claiming the business lifestyle and cadence you want and deserve.
