Empty nesting can be a tough time which brings up lonliness, isolation, grief, confusion and overwhelm! You really feel like you're the only one feeling like it and you might be reluctant to even admit how you're feeling.
You'll be glad to know that this is a thing! It's real and there are many ways to help yourself through it and to feel better.
Allie and I share our own journeys through this time and share some tips and resources that will help you through it too. It can be a time of a great awakening and a chance to create a new phase of your life which can be rewarding and exciting.

Questions about your hormones and weight gain?

Although she is younger than our 'midlife' crowd, she faced menopausal symptoms in her 20's. Her story is one of the relationship with food, your body and hormones - at any age.
Emily's FitQueen moto is 'Your Body, Your Hormones, Your Lifestyle'. To me, that's exactly the sort of conversation we should be having about a healthy body. Weight and changing weight especially is a broader topic than 'eat less and move more'.
