In a surprise season finale, I wanted to leave you with some of the more longer terms ways to help you gain confidence as a marketing lead. It's something that everyone battles with - whether you're one year into your career, or ten. Especially in an industry like marketing, where the landscape is constantly evolving, how do you smash through the imposter syndrome and have the confidence to be the marketing lead you've always wanted to be?
