After studying Zoology at university, he served in the British Army's parachute and underwater bomb disposal team. After a varied military career, Andy left to pursue a career of adventures in the diving and skydiving industry. Yousef is a world record holder for being not only the 24th person but the youngest person to summit the seven volcanic summits at the age of 24. S1 Ep4: In this episode of Medicine on the Frontier, Hosts Luc Woodall Gillard and Mat Howes speak with Dr Mabli Davies and Dr Nathalie Brown. Dr Mabli Davies, is an anaesthetic trainee based in Manchester, who on top of being an expedition and endurance event medic, has a special interest in women in the outdoors, particularly menstruation management and suppression methods. Joining her is Dr Nathalie Brown, a research scientist, focusing on the menstrual cycle, and the impacts on everything from participation to competitive elite sports. She has been an Arcteryx Ambassador for the last year in support of their science and research program to provide information to promote and empower women in the outdoors.
