In this episode, we’re diving into Ayurveda, the ancient Indian system of medicine that views health through the lens of the three doshas—Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. But does categorizing people into doshas actually work? And how does Ayurveda compare to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), which takes a more fluid approach?
We’ll also explore how Ayurveda connects to astrology, how (or if) your dosha can change over time, and whether this 5,000-year-old system is still relevant in today’s world.
If you've ever been curious about Ayurveda but weren’t sure where to start, this episode is for you!
🔹 What’s your dosha?
🔹 Can astrology reveal imbalances in your body?
🔹 Do you resonate more with Ayurveda or TCM?Let’s unpack it all! 🎧✨

In this episode we explain what ‘energy’ really is, how it impacts our emotions, and how our Chakra system works. We discuss the impact that emotions can have on our physical health, emphasising the importance of treating the root cause of dis-ease through inner work, rather than repeatedly treating physical symptoms instead. We hope that in sharing this information we can empower others to know their own frequency and learn how to bring themselves into balance, through holistic practices such as yoga, frequency and spirituality.
In the next episode we will dive deeper into holistic health exploring Ayurveda, so stay tuned for that!

Carrying on from our previous episode, we define and explore toxic and divine femininity, what to ward against and what to work towards.
To explain how we have got to the patriarchal system we have today, we share the developmental stages of society, what role religion has played in the subordination of women and how the world is now changing
We share how men can still be the container for women but how that container has changed - moving away from men being the hunter gatherer, as women can now do this for themselves, and instead moving towards men being able to meet and hold women with emotional depth, to be able to offer the support that women truly need today.
We go on to define and share our personal experience of mother and father wounding, and the impact this has on our children. We discuss how we have the opportunity to alter the path of generational trauma today, by doing the work to heal ourselves, which in turn heals our relationships and so generations to come.
