Our last PODcast guest, Colin Yeow! Always a joy to listen and learn from the wisdom of Colin Yeow, and really grateful for his and Afzal Hadi's time and energy in this sharing!
Thank you so much for taking time to share, the journey in the P&OD space!

In today's PODcasts, we have a veteran! Meet Michael P A Tan! Grateful for his sharings of his journey, and nuggets of wisdom of the dos and don'ts in being in the P & OD space.
Hope this conversation is meaningful to you, as you watch and listen in!

Insightful sharing from our next PODcast guest, Siew Onn Wan, on the shifts in life as a facilitator / trainer / coach. Afzal Hadi's curiosity was perfect for this conversation, and drew out so many wonderful learning points in the conversation!
Really grateful for these conversations and insights!
Hope you also found them meaningful!

Our next guest is Kit Lim. She was a mentee with CMP Discovery Cohort #3, and is currently working in the shipping industry, in the P&OD space, heading the Culture, DEI department.
Please pardon the audio from my end of the recording, as I was hosting the conversation at a conference venue. Very thankful that Kit's audio is very good, and I believe you will hear her audio very clearly! And also very blessed that her laptop decided to reboot, only after our sharing was done! The timing could not have been better
Hope this session with Kit Lim is as meaning for you as it was for me.

Grateful for the Community Mentorship Programme mentees stepping up, and out of their own comfort zone, to share their journey in the P&OD space.
This episode features Priscilla Tan, a mentee from Cohort #3, sharing her journey in the training industry.
Thank you Matthew Koh and Priscilla Tan for sharing!

Heh heh... And the tables turned! Afzal Hadi mentioned that Michelle Ow has spoken to him so many times, and asked him so many questions, he would like to turn it around, and be the one asking Michelle questions! Hahaha...
So here we are, with a little bit more sharing between Afzal Hadi and Michelle, while I also relish in the moment of self-reflection of my own journey over these past years in the P&OD space.
This is the 3rd episode of our PODcasts, and from here on, we will be sharing/interviewing others in this space! So continue to stay tuned for the subsequent episodes!

This week, we get a chance to get to know Matthew Koh a little bit better and how his journey has been since his participation in the Community Mentorship Programme (CMP) Cohort #1 days.
Very proud of how far Matthew Koh has journeyed, and can just feel the passion bubbling inside, eager to come out and create an impact!

First PODcast (geddit? geddit?) sharing, is between Afzal Hadi and Matthew Koh! Both of them are mentees from the Community Mentorship Programme (CMP) :
Matthew Koh was a mentee from Cohort #1, and subsequently mentored during Cohort #2 and Cohort #4. Afzal Hadi was a mentee from Cohort #2, and subsequently supported in the coordination for Cohort #3 and the upcoming Scale Up CMP.Deeply appreciate their abundance mindset, and how they are stepping up and choosing to give! For those who don't know them yet, this is a good opportunity to reach out and connect with them!
