The steps to getting an innovator visa
-
Here is a list of all the authorised endorsing bodies that can issue endorsements for start-up and innovator visas. An organisation can only issue an endorsement if it is on this list.

in this video, we are going to look at the Startup visa route for Canada and how you can make a successful application. One of the unique things about the Canada start-up program is that you can get permanent residence immediately if you make a successful application, unlike many other start-up visa programs internationally, which I talk about on this channel, which only allow you to get permanent residence after several years - anything from two to five years or more.

In this video, I show you how to prepare your grounds of appeal to the First Tier Tribunal in relation to immigration decisions. The online immigration appeal form requires you to state your grounds of appeal, and the deadline for appeals does not allow you a great deal of time to wait. This video deals with the First Tier Tribunal appeal process and provides you with some sample grounds of appeal if you are continuing your immigration appeal online. Do remember that if you are in the UK then your appeal must be lodged with the tribunal within 14 calendar days of the date that you were sent the notice of the decision. If you are outside of the UK then you must appeal within 28 calendar days from the date that you received the entry clearance decision.

In this video we're going to have a look at the timing of your Tier One investment. Under the Tier One Investor Visa Rules, there are three periods that you can select from in relation to this, the first one is 12 months before the date of the application. Remember, under the rules you must invest not less than two million sterling in the UK. You've got to invest in UK government bonds, share capital or loan capital. You've got to invest in active and trading companies and those companies must be UK registered.

Hi, I'm Tom Bradford. I'm a lawyer. And in this video, I'm going to show you how to apply for a Restricted Certificate of Sponsorship or CoS. Here are the instructions: you must apply for a Restricted Certificate of Sponsorship if you want to recruit a migrant under the Tier 2 General visa route who will be applying for leave to enter the U.K. from overseas, and who will be paid less than 154,500 a year, or someone who's currently in the U.K. as a dependent of another migrant who was last granted permission to stay as a Tier 4 student. You must be an A-rated sponsor and have a sponsor licence. I've got other videos on that. And you must have that under Tier 2 General in order to apply for a Restricted Certificate of Sponsorship.
