Get ready for a hilarious tale in this episode of Sharing My Truth! A listener writes in with the ultimate "workplace hazard" story: a male coworker who not only boasts about his “assets” but decides to send an unsolicited photo as proof. Let’s just say reality didn’t quite measure up to the hype. Instead of keeping this ridiculous moment to herself, our listener shares the underwhelming evidence with her friends for a good laugh. But just when she thinks she’s in on the joke, she finds out this guy is flaunting the same photo around like it’s a masterpiece!
Mel and Suzie dive into the comedy (and cringe) of this all-too-familiar scenario and add their take on the absolute need to stop unsolicited pics. They are completely gross! With laughs and a serious message, they unpack why the men who send these photos think this is a good idea, how it impacts women, and where we draw the line in the age of digital oversharing. So tune in for the laughs, the truths, and a big reminder to these men: sometimes, it’s better to keep things to yourself!

In this episode of Sharing My Truth, Mel and Suzie dive into the eye-opening prediction according to a study by Morgan Stanley that by 2030, nearly 45% of women ages 25–44 will be single and childless. (Yes, you heard that right!) They break down the numbers and explore the factors behind this trend, from rising career ambitions and financial independence to shifting views on love and marriage. Is singlehood becoming the new status symbol? And are dating apps a thing of the past? Plus, how can you make "table for one" feel fabulous?
They also dig into the bigger questions: Is this trend a sign of crisis or a conscious choice by women to rewrite the relationship rulebook? Are women really happy about this? Is it actually a choice or a by-product of choosing career and financial independence? Mel and Suzie share the perks and pitfalls of navigating a world built for couples, all while serving up their signature blend of laughs, truth bombs, and tea. Whether you're happily single, actively mingling, or somewhere in between, this episode has something for you!
On our new segment, "Spilling The Tea," Mel and Suzie talk about the phenomenon of young women ditching hormonal contraception because of information they've seen on TikTok. It's everywhere; have you been following it? How has this happened?
Tune in, have a laugh, and maybe learn a thing or two about navigating the crazy world of sex and relationships!

In this episode, Mel and Suzie tackle the ultimate relationship dilemma: You catch someone cheating... now what? Do you tell? Do you only tell a close friend? Do you just not get involved! The truth can destroy lives; it’s so complicated! If you saw your friend's partner with another woman or man, would you tell your friend? Would you wait? Mel and Suzie debate the consequences of outing a cheater, because sometimes exposing the truth can cause more chaos than the affair itself. And let’s face it—no one wants to be caught in the middle of a messy breakup and get the blame! Oh, and don’t forget the all-important question: How do you actually break the news without completely ruining the friendship?
But wait—there’s more! It’s not always black and white. Mel and Suzie swap stories of when confronting cheaters ended with explosive drama, awkward apologies, and even one too many drinks. Should you speak up and take the moral high ground, or is it sometimes better to let karma do the dirty work?
On our new segment, "Spilling The Tea," Mel and Suzie talk about the P Diddy situation. It's everywhere; have you been following it? How has this happened?

This week on Sharing My Truth, we sit down with somatic sex educator Kiana Reeves to dive deep into the world of love, pleasure, and long-term relationships. Kiana shares her unique insights on matching libidos, embracing multiple orgasms, and the importance of committing fully to your partner. She explains how crucial it is to learn to receive love openly and take accountability for our own pleasure. If you're in a long-term relationship, Kiana offers the invaluable advice of "standing in it"—choosing to stay grounded and committed, even through the ebbs and flows of intimacy.
Too often, sex becomes about performance, ticking boxes, and enduring rather than fully connecting with our partner. Kiana encourages us to shift the focus from reaching an end goal to enjoying the moment, whether that's a passionate night or a playful 20-minute encounter. Instead of worrying about how things should be, she invites us to embrace pleasure for what it is—a shared experience of connection and joy. Tune in to this enlightening episode to explore how love and pleasure can thrive in any relationship.

In this episode of Sharing My Truth, we address a listener's dilemma that's as old as relationships themselves: what happens when your partner is better at something than you? One of our listeners, who will, of course, remain anonymous, has written in to share his struggle. He's taking judo classes with his girlfriend, who, despite not being physically stronger and quite petite, consistently outperforms him. She also makes it clear that she is better than him. It's affecting their relationships dynamics. Her judo skills are bruising his ego and creating tension in their relationship. But who is causing the problem—him for his bruised ego or her for poking at his weakness? Is being a competitive couple a recipe for disaster? Do love and competition go together?
In a previous episode, we talked about questions men have for women. Our listener has written to us not because we are professionals but for our female opinion. Join us as we explore the intricate dance between love and competition. Should you compete with your partner, or is it better to find harmony in each other's strengths?

In this week's episode, Mel and Suzie talk about a write-in. A listener has written in with a question. What does he do? His girlfriend is kinkier than him! Mel and Suzie discuss what kink means. They talked about kinks in a previous episode called The Truth About Kinks.
Mel asks, are most people kinky? Are there levels of kink? Do most people have micro kinks? Suzie agrees, but everyone has boundaries, and it's important to respect them. Suzie reminds us that in a previous episode with Dr. Carolin Klein she said that if something doesn't trigger disgust, you can try and experiment with it. If you don't like it, then move on. Being open to new things with your partner is important. It's not all about you!
Mel and Suzie suggest to this listener, you need to communicate with your partner and let her know what your boundaries are, and if you don't, that is kind of on you!

Get ready for another jaw-dropping, laugh-out-loud episode of "Sharing My Truth"! This week it's a write-in and we dive into a scandalous tale of a past affair that has come back to haunt our listener.
A woman writes in and spills the beans about an affair she had 15 years ago with a family friend. It was a two-year whirlwind romance, the man moved away with his family and they vowed never to tell a soul. Fast forward to now – the man dies, and our listener receives a letter from the wife!
It turns out, the wife (now widow) knew about the affair the whole time! And she's threatening to blow the lid off this secret by telling our listener's unsuspecting husband! What does she do? Does she tell the truth after all these years, risk her marriage, or keep the lie going? Does she live in fear of the wife showing up at her door at anytime?
Tune in as we unpack this wild story, discuss our thoughts, and try to keep a straight face (spoiler: we won't). It's an episode filled with twists, turns, and a lot of laughs. Don’t miss it!
Hit that subscribe button and join us for a hilarious ride through one woman's past, catching up with her in the most unexpected way!
