Today Iâm revisiting one of the most important concepts Iâve ever applied in my life and businesses: holistic value creation. For most people, âvalueâ often means moneyâprofits, income, and material wealth. But to me, itâs so much more. True value is about creating balance across three dimensions: material, emotional energy, and spiritual (or connectedness).
In this episode, Iâll share how Iâve approached value creation as an entrepreneur, a leader, and a family member. From building and selling 8 companies at industry-leading multiples to helping families strengthen their legacies, the framework of holistic value creation has been a game changer.
Hereâs what youâll hear:
Why emotional energy is the scarcest and most powerful resourceHow to foster connectedness and relationships in businesses, families, and communitiesStrategies for increasing material stability in businesses and householdsLessons from my journeyâfrom starting with nothing to building multigenerational wealthIâve seen firsthand how applying this model leads to stronger businesses, healthier nonprofits, and thriving families. Whether youâre growing a company, leading a nonprofit, or building a family legacy, I hope these insights inspire you to think differently about how you create value in every area of your life.
Take a moment to reflect: What does holistic value creation look like for you? How can you apply these principles in your decisions, relationships, and daily life?
Letâs dive in and make value creation a way of life.

I want to tackle an urgent question: What comes after the election? It's not a time to rest, to lean back, or to let others take the wheel. The real work begins now.
I share my thoughts on why value creation behaviors must be relentlessâwhy we cannot afford to stop building, improving, and demanding accountability. Too often, those who rig the game to take value out of the world never rest. Why should we?
Governments should exist to improve the conditions for us to live, work, learn, and playâat a lowering cost. Yet, time after time, we see the opposite. We settle for mediocrity and let distractions like tribalism and name-calling steer us away from what matters: better outcomes for all of us.
This episode is about responsibility, accountability, and shining a light on what's broken. Itâs about rejecting the status quo and fighting for progressânot by waiting for leaders to deliver miracles but by holding them to a higher standard.
Iâll walk you through the mindset thatâs helped me in business and in life: holistic value creation. From material and emotional value to the critical importance of connectedness, these principles apply not just to entrepreneurship but to our roles as citizens, family members, and community builders.
Weâll talk about uncertaintyâwhy itâs inevitable and why embracing it, rather than fearing it, can propel you forward. From voting to starting a business, from leading a family to shaping a nation, the principles remain the same: always move forward, always create value, and never settle for less.
Whether youâre one person casting a vote or a leader guiding a team, this episode challenges you to step up, stay vigilant, and stay committed to creating net-positive outcomes. One person can make a difference. Letâs talk about how.For more free videos, tools, and resources about the MIND Methodology go to https://etw.com/

Why do so many CEOs fail, even when their teams are hitting all the right goals? In this short episode, I want to break down the biggest reason businesses falter. Itâs not enough for everyone to just do their job wellâwhatâs critical is ensuring that every leader understands how the business is designed to create value.
Iâve worked with countless CEOs, and time and time again, I see the same problem. In this video, I explain how the most successful businesses align their leadership around four core areas:
- Business Model
- Strategy
- The Value of Products and Services (as perceived by the customer)
- Culture
These pillars form the foundation of sustainable growth, and Iâll share actionable strategies to coach and ânudgeâ your leadership team into alignment.

Today I want to dive into the questions and concerns that are top of mind this election season, including the big one: Are we on the brink of a revolution? After talking to countless business leaders and citizens, I believe the answer is no. While history shows that civilizations can reach tipping points, Iâm convinced weâre not there yet. Instead, if we focus on creating net-positive value and hold our government accountable, we can move toward sustainable progress without reaching any dangerous edge.
Through this lens of value creation, I explore the role of each of us in shaping our future. We canât afford to sit back and expect government leaders to handle everything. Itâs our job, every single day, to hold them accountable and demand that they focus on improving conditions for all of us, especially low and middle-income families. Too often, we see them fall short, but thatâs where our voices and actions come in. And it goes beyond governmentâit's also about the role each of us plays in creating value, personally and professionally.
I challenge you to reflect on whatâs truly important, and to make sure distractions donât pull us away from that. Iâll discuss why I believe mainstream media thrives on division and why itâs vital to establish our own filters and perspectives. My hope is that, no matter what happens in the election, we keep pushing forward with the mindset of creating more value and holding the line on whatâs right for our communities. For more free videos, tools, and resources about the MIND Methodology go to https://etw.com/
