This week Felicity Davies joins us on the Being Herd Podcast! Very exciting :-)
Felicity is a horsemanship, mindset, & intuitive business mentor, host of the Equestrian Perspective Podcast and author of the Equestrian Reflection Oracle deck. She is a businesswoman, entrepreneur and compassion leader of conscious horse partnering in the new paradigm.
Together Felicity and I discuss her experience as a sovereign spiritual woman in the equine world, the power of community, and the importance of being truly honest with ourselves in order to reach a deeper connection with our horses.
I love this conversation because, as you will hear, Felicity is incredibly easy to talk to. She brings a clarity and wisdom to the topics we cover and is an overall BADASS when it comes to navigating the human terrain. I hope you enjoy this conversation as much as I did.

In this episode artist, author, and horsewoman Nica Quinn returns to the talk to us about her book Dear Equestrians!
I absolutely LOVED sitting down to talk with Nica again. We went deep and covered a variety of different topics, sharing our perspectives around creative power, unicorn consciousness, how to shift through life when life is asking you to fundamentally live a different way, and much more!
Nica's words draw us a picture of what a 'Technicoloured' life with horses really means for her, and how her path can be an inspiration for others to ask the deeper questions about the why, how, and what if when it comes to breaking through old patterns and ideas around horsemanship.
Nica's book Dear Equestrians - Evolving Horsemanship from Black and White to Technicolour is available now to order! Go get yours and let Nica take you on a journey into what living a life with horses can really mean for YOU!

This week's episode brings you Güliz Ünlü. Founder of Equuarius, Güliz is a practitioner of Euine bowen therapy, Animal Communication, and the Bodytalk system which she studied extensively. Güliz is currently living off grid with her herd of 5 horses in BC, Canada. She has a unique approach to healing which grounds in her innate ability to understand the quantum field with her years of experience in animal and human observation, alongside a deeply introspective nature she brings forward a sense of trust and compassion for the realm of possibility we are all tapped into.
Güliz represents a future of deep, genuine listening which we are all moving towards. It is an honour to have her on the podcast and I for one am very excited to see where the next few years take her, her herd, and her work.

In this episode I am honoured to sit down with an incredible man who I like to call The Energetic Architect - Mark Leib.
Mark has a background in traditional architecture and is trained in ancient European and Arabic architecture as well, he specialises in bringing harmony to land, property, and any space we can potentially inhabit on planet Earth. He works on multiple levels, introducing us to the experience of working alongside the music of the Sun, Moon, and planet herself.
He has been a fundamental ally and part of the developmental and healing process here at Magdalene House. His energetic work with the land has and will continue to create a deeper sense of harmony, balance, and alignment throughout the space and into the surrounding areas. In this episode we cover sacred geometry, the music of the land, the process of the Magdalene House project, Mark's perspective on vibration and healing, and a lot more!
We also touch on how important it is to come into contact with how we can listen to the land horses are living on, as there are a variety of stresses which can cause the land to go out of balance, when we listen, we can interpret what is needed, then take the appropriate steps from a place of connection.
There is a lot of information in this episode so make sure you sit down with a good cup of tea to tune in.
It was an honour to have this conversation with such a brilliant and talented human being, thank you Mark.Connect with Mark Leib:

In this solocast episode I share my thoughts on one of, if not THE, most important aspect of healing – Safety. Developing safety in our system is a profound bridge between the choice to heal and the reality of it happening.
The same is true for our relationship with our horses. Horses require safety to thrive, they require safety to share their messages and for their messages to be heard we must become a safe place to receive.
As always, I welcome your feedback. Please feel free to leave a review and share your thoughts about the podcast as this really helps the audience grow.

And we're back!
In this solocast I give you an update and a broader sharing on what the horses and I are developing here at home in the New Forest. I touch on the stresses, lessons, and reminders 2023 offered me and give an overview of where I am at in my own energy at the moment.
It feels great to kick of the next round of episodes with this more in-depth explanation of what is being created as I feel it engages you all with what is possible and what life has in store for us in the future.

In this solocast I share some of the musings and insights I have been sitting with over the past few months in relation to the Herd, my own sense of self, and life in general. As ever, the Herd are my greatest teachers - Laila has been showing me the rewards of showing up in devotion even when triggers are afoot. I touch on the theme of Culture vs Conditioning and how slowing down really is the purest form of medicine!!
I'll be taking a break to give myself space to rest deeper into winter as she wraps herself around the us here in England.
Wishing you all a regenerative and peaceful few months.

Damian Hallam, one of the top five dressage coaches in the UK, joins me in this episode to discuss some of his perspectives on having an ethical, energetic bond with horses whilst working in the competitive field of horsemanship. Damian shares openly about his feelings of searching for balance between heart and horse, moving away from the old conditioned terminologies, and the importance of finding softness through the body when riding and teaching.
Damian is the first person we have had on the podcast so far who is in the centre of the ridden Equine world. It was an honour to sit down and receive his open hearted insights on how he is choosing to do what he can to connect, be present, observe horses as the sentient beings they are in as loving a way as possible. In my opinion, his intentions are needed and offer a great support to the horses who are being ridden still.

In this solocast episode Dilara shares an experience she had with the Herd back in June 2023, where she decided to put her life on pause in order to evaluate the who, what, why, and where.
The Herd found her ready to receive their messages with fresh eyes and ears!
What she learned from this experience with them is when we allow ourselves the space to exist, existence fills us with its beauty, all we need to do is take a step toward those beings who are holding space for us to remember.

This week on The Being Herd Podcast we are joined by our first guest - Nica Quinn. Nica Quinn is an incredible artist, horsewoman, nature lover, and web weaver extraordinaire.
In this episode Nica and I discuss what it means for her to weave different streams of consciousness into her work, and how horses are a mirror of that web weaving ability. She shares where she is currently at with her work, where she is going, and what lies ahead. Nica also shares her perspective on how shifting our internal narrative through art is an important aspect of ideally re-writing the stories we tell ourselves about our horses.

In this first episode of the podcast I share my journey, coming from the conventional horse world into the more spiritual, energetic life I live today with my herd of 5 horses at home - who inspired me to start the podcast in the first place!
We all have a story, and one thing the herd reminded me of before sharing mine is that everyone's story matters and gives context to the greater vision.
