Evan Mobley and Donovan Mitchell each paced the Cavs with 19 points, but once again Mobley was the best player on the floor in this game. The Cavs were very balanced offensively with seven players scoring in double-digits and Isaac Okoro just missing being the eighth. Defensively the Cavs were locked in, and very physical as well.

The Cleveland Cavaliers' perfect home record came to an end after a loss to the Atlanta Hawks, led by Trae Young. In a tightly contested game, Young's scoring and playmaking were key in securing the victory for the Hawks. Despite strong performances from the Cavs, Atlanta's efficient offense, particularly in the second half, proved too much to overcome. The Cavs had been unbeaten at home until this defeat, which snapped their streak and highlighted the challenge of maintaining momentum throughout a long season.
