So this move is definitely a head-scratcher. This week we are joined by WFAN anchor and SNY contributor Chris Lopresti. Lopresti talks about the Rangers season and their disappointing playoff performance. What changes are coming this offseason and what can Chris Drury really do with the limited salary cap.

Newsday's Rangers reporter Colin Stephenson returns to the show to talk about the rough ending. Now there are a few questions to be asked. Will Gerard Gallant return? Is Artemi Panarin a regular-season player? What changes are coming to the roster his offseason?

The big question remains who will be the New York Rangers first-round opponent? A few Rangers are chasing personal milestones. Can Artemi Panarin and Mika Zibanejad reach 90 points? They are both 1 point shy. Mika also needs a goal to hit 40. Alexis Lafreniere and Kaapo Kakko both need just 1 point to hit 40 points. Igor Shesterkin earned win number 37 on the season last weekend to set a new career high. This week we are joined again by our good friend Riley Armstrong! The Lehigh Valley Phantoms assistant coach talks about the Rangers prospects playing in Hartford after matching up with them 4 times this season.

The New York Rangers have clinched a playoff spot! For the second consecutive season, there will be playoff hockey at MSG! The Rangers are also right on the NJ Devils tail in the race for home ice for the first round of the playoffs. Thanks to the Rangers going 8-1-1 and NJ going 4-4-2 in their last 10. Thursday's match-up in Newark could be an opportunity for the Rangers to hit 100 points and pull into a 2nd place tie with the Devils. This week we are joined by Chicago Blackhawks reporter Tab Bamford. Tab covers the Hawks for Bleacher Nation and the Fourth Period. What a weekend and what a week for the New York Rangers! They have now scored 15 unanswered goals following two beatdowns this past weekend. A few weeks ago on the show I declared March 9th as the official reset day of the Rangers season, following the craziness of the trade deadline. Since then, they are 6-0-1, Panarin has 11 points, Mika has 10 points, Kane has 7 points and Igor has found his game. The reigning Vezina Trophy winner is 5-0 with a .942 save percentage! Talking about Rangers goalies, we are joined this week by Rangers prospect Olof Lindbom! The Rangers selected Lindbom in the second round of the 2018 NHL Draft, the first goalie selected. After signing his entry-level contract last May this is his first season playing in North America. We talk all about those adjustments, his time in Sweden, and how cool it was to get drafted by his favorite team growing up, thanks to the fandom of his idol Henrik Lundqvist.

It was a weird week for the New York Rangers. They were able to secure 5 of a possible 6 points on a 3-game road trip, but all 3 games went to OT and they never really took control of any of the three. Igor has turned his game around in March, and the Rangers need him to keep it going if they want to make a run. Patrick Kane is settling in, he had 3 points on the road trip. This week we are joined by former New York Rangers defenseman and 12-year NHL vet Cory Cross! Cory shares some great stories from his career, including his unique journey to the NHL. Great listen for any hockey fan!

Patrick Kane is a New York Ranger! It will take a few games to get all the new guys comfortable, but they have time before the playoffs to gel. With the Rangers pretty much set in the 3rd spot in the Metro they have time on their side. This week we are joined by 2022 New York Rangers draft pick Noah Laba! Noah has had an outstanding freshman season at Colorado College and also was selected to the World Junior U20 USA team, where he won a bronze medal. He shares his unique draft day story, his playing style and what Rangers prospect camp was like.

What a crazy week for not only the New York Rangers but for the NHL in general. Patrick Kane is forcing himself to the New York Rangers, NBA style, and Chris Drury is pulling off salary cap gymnastics to get his contract under the cap. The Rangers shipped out Vitali Kravtsov, waived Jake Leschyshyn, and played short two players all to get Kane's number under the cap. Crazy stuff. Also, every team in the East is loading up and the playoffs are going to be an absolute gauntlet. We welcome the founder of PuckPedia.com Hart Levine to the show to help make sense of all these salary cap moves. When can the Rangers officially acquire Patrick Kane? What does that mean for the cap for the rest of the year if they have injuries? Can they call anyone up? He answers it all!

The New York Rangers point streak ended at 10 games after falling to the Winnipeg Jets Monday night at MSG. The Rangers had a great road trip in Western Canada and Carolina. Bringing home 7 of 8 points and putting together a comeback for the ages against Connor McDavid and the Edmonton Oilers. Chris Drury made another big move, bringing back Tyler Motte in a trade with the Ottawa Senators, sending Julien Gauthier and a 7th-round pick back to Ottawa. The Rangers are all in! This week we are joined by South Carolina Stingrays Head Coach Brenden Kotyk. Kotyk shares his crazy journey to pro hockey, playing for the Rangers organization, and his transition to behind the bench and taking over as the Stingrays Head Coach last season.
