The process, not the destination, shows us what we are made of, stand for, and how we will be remembered. Whether you've committed to school, your sport, or your craft, honoring that commitment to yourself and putting in the work especially when you don't want to will propel you forward from all of those who talk a big game but don't deliver when the time comes. Take a listen to today's episode as I explain how to honor the words and promises you make to yourself and others.

We all crave validation in one way or another whether it's through our work, our family, or our sport. We want to show that we are the best and sometimes in that pursuit, we take ourselves a little too seriously. In golf, if you grip the club too tightly, you're unable to swing effectively and it is the same concept with life. Do your best but also have fun and laugh in the process. Today's episode is all about that balance.
