With the trends in fitness is to always educate about the basic outcomes of staying fit so individuals can make decisions based on what movement or exercise will do for them irregardless of the type or style or Intensity of exercise they perform and not place all the focus on these different ways to kill yourself in the gym.
Our focus should be creating an environment that allows adherence and consistent appearance in the gym or for their exercise.
