Dr. Lauren Muhlheim is a psychologist, certified eating disorder specialist, "Diet Culture Deprogrammer," and the owner of Eating Disorder Therapy LA. At EDTLA. Dr. Muhlheim helps people with food and body image issues, anxiety, and depression.
Dr. Muhlheim is one of the few therapists in Los Angeles certified in Family-Based Treatment (FBT) for adolescent eating disorders. Her book for parents based on this approach, When Your Teen Has an Eating Disorder: Practical Strategies to Help Your Teen Recover from Anorexia, Bulimia, and Binge Eating was published by New Harbinger in September 2018.
Dr. Muhlheim does not believe that parents cause eating disorders and knows they can be an important part of the solution. Dr. Muhlheim is an advocate for the inclusion of parents in the treatment of their children.

Dr. Diana Wildermuth is PA Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), National Certified Counselor (NCC), and a PA Certified School Counselor. Before joining the Graduate School of Education faculty in 2023, Dr. Wildermuth was an associate professor of practice and the Counseling Psychology Program coordinator in the Psychological Studies in Education Department at Temple University, where she was honored with the Graduate Educator of the Year award in her first year teaching. Previously she taught at Villanova University and Caldwell University in their graduate counseling programs. Dr. Wildermuth is also a certified clinical trauma professional (CCTP) and has an extensive background working in mental health as a counselor and case manager in Delaware County.
Additionally, Dr. Wildermuth has over 20 years of school counseling experience, previously serving as both a school counselor and department chairperson at high schools in Bucks County and Chester County, PA. As a school counselor educator, Dr. Wildermuth has built extensive relationships within the School District of Philadelphia as well as surrounding school districts in PA and NJ. She served on the Pennsylvania School Counselor Association (PSCA) Governing Board and was appointed PSCA Ethics Chair in 2022. She is often called upon as a consultant for her expertise in school counseling and applying the ASCA Ethical Standards for School Counselors to complex situations in schools and the community.
Dr. Wildermuth regularly presents and publishes, in various forums, on her work in the field of school counseling, diversity, advocacy, and mental health in student athletes. She also maintains a small practice where she provides supervision to pre-licensed counselors and is a consultant to local sports organizations and schools.

Iâm Lauren and Iâm a mom of boy girl, fraternal twins. I felt really left out as a first time mom (FTM), because all the other FTMs I knew were having a boy or a girl. I felt truly happy and blessed having twins, but I also felt extremely left out. Not only was I trying to navigate a twin pregnancy and what it was like to have two babies, but I also was left feeling very alone in the #boymom and #girlmom era. Out of these growing pains formed the idea for Boy Girl Mom (BGM.) I loved that âboy girl mom dot comâ rhymed - no joke, I was sitting on the couch feeding my babies when they were about 6 months old and the idea just came to me. I checked to see if anyone had the website and some short minutes later, the domain BoyGirlMom.com was mine. Of course it took me a year to do something with it, but I saw I need for this kind of content and Iâm committed to bringing it to you. I want to create a community where I can share tips and thoughts from my parenting journey. I plan on sharing real time lessons Iâm learning, products Iâm loving, time-hack tips and more. There are also some tricks I have up my sleeve that I canât announce yet (!!!)

A Computer Science Specialist in education and network administrator, she has taught secondary and post-secondary students, including advanced level Computer Science to gifted secondary school students, and computer applications to behavioural students. She is the author of two books and is completing her newest release, which will include details of her theory of Digital Supervision and her new theory of Digital Sex Trafficking.
She has presented in Canada, the USA, Iceland, Europe, Africa, India, and countless online presentations which have included multiple countries. Charlene has presented in parallel with the General Assembly of the United Nations. She is the Canadian Ambassador to the United States Presidential Service Center, G100 Global Chair of multiple countries for Childcare, Protection, and Parenting, member of the Advisory Board of the SHERO Foundation, Las Vegas.
