It's winter now in the northern hemisphere. The retreat into interiors to seek warmth, brought this year a redirection of my gaze. Can I shift my weight a bit, so that my anchor is first in myself and only then in the current circumstances of my life? Can I find a sense of belonging in myself from which I can respond to changes beyond my control? Can I find confidence with which I can direct something in my unruly world? Can my groundedness, my ever-present inner warmth, help me create in these ever-changing circumstances? Can I bring my love to my surroundings while maintaining this anchor - this warm current in my belly?
This Yoga Nidra is about finding this warmth in the heart space and expressing it. It's about giving this warmth space in our lives, and giving our warmth to our living spaces.
