Ryan Stewman AKA Hardcore Closer and this guyās a true savage.
Another episode of Mornings With Titan.
My guest comes from a little different of a background than my previous guests.
His entire life has been a roller coaster, filled with rocket highs and jackhammer lows.
And he talks all about it in this episode...
Some of its messed up...
A lot of itās impressiveā¦.
Listening to him speak was kinda like listening to an interesting gut-wrenching story that keeps getting worse...but then keeps getting better simultaneously.
If that doesnāt make sense to you then youāll just have to watch to experience it yourself.
All around, this guyās a beast and I love his determination.
Out of all of my podcasts, this one definitely has some very unique value discussed inside that regardless of where you are, youāll benefit from.
Enjoy.

I wasnāt brought up through conventional parenthoodā¦
There were 10 kids in our family so we had to raise ourselves at a young age.
They also never told us what to do and rather let us grow and experience for ourselves hands-on.
It allowed us to become much more responsible, which I loved.
My dad was a Bodybuilder and a Football player and my mom was a martial artist and a lot of the commitment and consistency they put into those sports I paid close attention to.
Now I get to do the same to my son.
Just like how I paid close attention to the values and actions of my parents, my son will do the same, which means I must be my best every single day and keep striving to become betterā¦
...and show him he can do the same.
It is my duty to help my son understand he has 2 choices ahead of himā¦
He can take what life gives him and accept it, living a life of regretā¦
Or he can decide to not react and instead act by building his life to suit his vision and ultimately find fulfillment.
Life is a buffet and it must all be tasted, I will encourage Titan at a young age to dip his fingers and toes into everything possibleā¦
...how else will he find what his true passion in life is?
Eventually, something will be found that resonates within.
Once that passion is found, combined with the mindset I have displayed during fatherhood, he will learn the art of setting goals and doing everything in his power to achieve them, wholeheartedly regardless of anything.
That is how I view my journey as a father, this is my goal Iām sharing with you.
I invited over my good friend Todd Abrams CEO of DadBod. Itās allowed me to expand and broaden my horizons. This was a great interview where we talk about fatherhood and crushing mediocrity by daring to think differently.

Make sure to check the workout I took tavi through. Heās been training for 20 years, yet I took him through exercises and range of motions heās never done before. It set him up to have sore legs for a week.
Immediately after the workout Tavi headed on over to the Castle, devoured food and sat down to talk about his philosophy on life.
Tavi is pretty advanced for his age. Heās already learned a big lesson that took me years to learnā¦
The lesson to live in the moment.
You do this by keeping your mind in the now, cut off all attachment to the past and all expectation of the future, and just live now.
Might not seem like something too game changing for your life but that concept alone has left both Tavi and I feeling more fulfilled and happy than ever before.
This is a great interview, based on everything I know about you, youāre gonna love it.

The #1 myth in this worldā¦.
Itās the myth of: āYou get worse with ageā
A bunch of B.S..
The truth is, age is another word for time.
It tells us how much time somebody has been exposed to.
Now think of time as an element, and when exposed to this element you naturally decay...not just your health, but your relationships your skills, your money(inflation)...everything.
And this element is something youāre exposed to 24/7/365, you canāt run from it.
Now this is a rule for everything on this planet, not just humans
But humans are unique.
We have the ability to use time to our advantage. We do this by taking the time, investing it into an activity and in turn we grow.
The more you train the more you grow. The more money you invest the more it grows. The more time you spend on your relationship the more it grows etc...
I just told you the secret to success in life.
Itās an equation: Take Time (T) + Action (A) + consistency (C) and you get Growth (G)
T+A+C=G
Thatās the long game. You Trade time for growth and success will come.
This is one of the most important rules to life. And the people who donāt follow always wish they had.
Everyday I interact with highly successful people and I can tell you for a FACT that 100% of them followed this equation.
And one of those people is Actor/Model (Old school kind of modeling) Antonio Sabato Jr.
Heās consistently investing his time into growth activities and lives a fulfilling live most dream of because of it.
I brought him onto my podcast, Mornings With Titan, and we went deep on this topic.
Stay vigilant.

Ed is a savage in life and letās just say that the hashtag #WinningAtLife was basically made for him šŗāļøš
What's the one thing stopping you from getting what you want out of life?
You want to achieve the result and you know how to get it, but its like theres a third part to the equation. The one part no one talks about.
And because it's not spoken of, you don't realize itās affecting you. Your goal slips you by becoming less and less important until it falls to the bottom of your to do list, eventually forgotten.
Its okay, youāre not alone. Iāve had plenty of people come up to me asking how to fix this.
This is what you need -- You need to adopt more discipline, and we do this by developing a Titan Mindset .
Having a Titan Mindset causes things to almost become automatic. Take me for instance, I'm up at 3am every morning and in the gym by 4am, I donāt even have to think about it anymore, I just do it; This has caused me to never miss a single workout in my life.
Being the 4x winner of Mr. Universe, and being on the cover of 539 fitness magazines has taught me many things in life, most important being Mindset.
Do you want to find out how to stop relying on motivation?
Do you want to learn tips and tricks iāve learned to develop a Titan mindset throughout my 40+ years of training?
Then this podcast was made for you.
Let's Keep training like Warriors.

I just had an interview with Ben Pakulskiā¦
This was a fun one.
When you watch, I wouldnāt be surprised if āahaā moments come popping out at you like a pop-up book
Ben is ahead of his age.
Heās in his mid-thirties yet, acts differently than most 30-year-olds.
Heās one of my favorite people to talk philosophy withā¦
Whether its philosophy of trainingā¦
Or the philosophy of growthā¦
Regardless, Ben always comes in hot with some valuable knowledge.
How could you not when youāre as deep of a guy as him.
Ben and I agree on many things.
For instance, one thing we both agree on is the process of growth.
Weāre both ambitious guysā¦
..and there was always a goal weāre fighting towards.
And if something stood in our way we would researchā¦
We would experimentā¦
And we would ruthlessly execute until we grab our dream by the throat and force it to submit.
And after years of doing that over and over, we both have come to the same realizationā¦
The greatest achievements in life aren't the goals or trophies we set out to achieveā¦
But rather the growth we achieved internally as a result of achieving the goal.
It is a powerful mindset switchā¦
I call it the mindset of growth.
No doubt youāre gonna leave this one with your mind blown.

Dom Raso is a true warrior.
Heās part of seal team 6 which is Americaās elite of elite for special ops.
These are the guys who devote their entire lives to eliminate evil from this world.
Itās not his duty, itās his purpose...his life's calling...Itās what he is here for.
Nothing will stop him.
This resonates with me on a deep level.
To be clear and focused when everything around you is trying to pull you down, you must break free of others negative influence and strive to accomplish your purpose.
Because itās a matter of life or death.
That is the recipe for success.
But you have to first find it...and when you do, your whole life changes.
You feel like youāve finally been born and everything before was to prepare you for whatās to come.
That is how mountains are moved.
This sounds pretty intense, but itās the mindset of everyone who ever accomplished anything great.
So Dom Raso flew out to Los Angeles, got a workout in with me, then I brought him over to the castle where I interviewed himā¦
To find his inner workings, to hear about his passion and why he does what the does.
And I filmed the entire interview for you.
Spoiler alert: this interview is pure gold.
Enjoy
