This week it was great to catch up with our good friend and Steven Collins. He's a strength and conditioning coach helping ambitious men and women unlock their true potential and optimise their body through his online training system. We discussed what is takes to be a high performing client and how to get in the top 10 leaderboard for Hyrox (which Stevens client has just done- pretty impressive) He's a London boy living in Australia and we love to tease him about his new Australian twang!
