The good folks at Triumph invited the boys along to Silverstone for the MOTOGP weekend and whilst there they sat down with Moto2 superstar and all round good guy, Jake Dixon. It's a really great chat with a young man that has lived a lot in his young years. Whilst there, Ben also was lucky to ride the Moto2 edition Street Triple around the track. Big thanks to Triumph for that bit of fun! And that's your lot for Season 2. We'll be back after a summer break!

The penultimate show of Season Two and our first live podcast show if you will. The guys at the Malle Mile asked us to chat in the Lost Club so we thought why not record it and let you all hear what goes on. Hosted by the wonderful Sam Barham, the boys talk about their pasts, why do the podcast and how it's going. Don't worry there is also some chat about the Dakar rally from Charley and some therapy for Ant...

The boys are at the Malle Mile and meet up with Niels who is over from Germany. A former World Cup mountain bike racer, Niels moved into free riding then motorcycles. He's also got his own computer game! Ant and Ben catch up with him at the end of the weekend when all the racing and commentating is done. So apologies for some husky voices!

They boys spent some time at Goodwood FOS last week doing a spot of riding and rubbing shoulders with some proper legends. Charley and Ben spend some time catching up on that and a little look back and check in on the series to date. Ant and Ben take a wander around the paddock as well and check out Ben's potential ride....

What does it feel like to sit in front of tens of thousands of people who are there to listen to you play? Skunk Anansie and Feeder Drummer, Mark Richardson, joins the boys this week to chat about the highs and lows of life as a rock star. A long term biker and keen enduro rider, Mark shares how bikes helped him through some of his darkest days and how much he loves his Ducati Desert X.... Mark is an inspiring and talented guy with a big heart who has done a huge amount to support the mental health of the music industry. Meanwhile, Charley has been over at the Isle of Man TT. It's another cracker folks.

This week is a little bit different. We like to try new things so we thought we would get together with our mates over at Driven Chat for a chinwag. John Marcar and Amy Heynes dropped into The Nod HQ where we discussed our shared passion for motorcycles and had a little look back at what we've done with the pod so far. It was a really good chance to take a moment and reflect on our ambitions for the pod and the positive feedback we have been receiving. Chatting with other folk in your industry you realise that you are far from alone with the challenges. So listen on for a great episode of The Nod / Driven Chat and do pop over to their channel to check them out! Give us a rating too and let us know what you thought of this episode over on the socials.

This week we are joined by former UK Special Forces Operator and star of BBC2's Speed Shop, Titch Cormack back out on the Norton's and having a chat. As you can imagine, Titch has had a rather remarkable life to date and brings a fascinating insight into life in the military and how his most challenging mission was not in combat but simply being a father and business owner.
Listen on now for a fantastic chat with one of the good ones.
Don't forget to rate the show and leave a review! -
Former Olympic 400m runner Iwan Thomas joins the boys this week for a special treat and exclusive 'First Ride'. Norton Motorcycles have kindly dropped off a couple of the brand new V4CR's for them all to have a go on. The first people outside of Norton to be allowed on the bikes! After the ride they sit down to chat about running, riding and some previously untold stories. We are big fan's of Iwan and how he goes about his life. Listen in the hear more.

This week the boys are joined on a ride by Harry Potter star and one half of the Weasley Twins, James Phelps. Triumph have kindly dropped off some bikes for them to try and Charley and Ant are under strict instructions to go steady as James has been riding for less than a year! It's followed but a great chat with James as he tells us about riding Hagrid's Bonneville sidecar in front of the worlds press with no experience and what it's like to be a child actor on the world's biggest franchise then have to audition for work after. Join the boys for another great chat supported by our friends at The British Motorcycle Insurance Community.

With Ant MIA once again (tag us in an Insta post if you spot him) Ben and Charley are joined by radio royalty, Dr Fox aka Neil or Foxy. During the 90's Foxy had the most listened to radio show in the country with the Pepsi Chart Show on Capital radio. He then went on to be a judge on the original reality talent show Pop Idol with a certain Mr Cowell. A life long biker, he found a love of Harley's some 20 years ago and has had plenty since. Biking at times has been hugely valuable past time for his mental health whilst dealing with some difficult times. We went for a ride with Foxy then sat down for a great chat. Listen on!
Thanks to our Sponsors The BMIC for the support. -
Mark joins the boys in a wet and cold Cotswolds this week which is a far cry from his home in Los Angeles where he lives amongst his collection of exotic Ducatis. Mark is a hugely successful and popular actor and musician who has a frankly ridiculous amount of stories and anecdotes. We barely scratch the surface but could still fill 3 episodes! Content Advisory: We also discuss mental health issues including suicide in this episode.

We are back for Season 2 of the Nod and kicking off just in time for The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride as we are joined by none other than the Founder himself, Mark Hawwa. Mark is a awesome guy who has raised over $37million over the last 12 years through the Gentleman's Ride. We dive into his bike history and the power of community to open conversations and save lives. It's a strong start to the season!
-
Star of hit show Vikings and one careful owner of a Triumph Bonnevile, George pops into the studio to chat with the boys about the film industry, his bike history and more.
-
With Charley off sunning himself on holiday, Ben and Ant are joined in the studio by Co-Founder of luxury apparel and clothing company Malle London. Robert's passion for motorcycles and adventures runs deep and has led to the establishment of our favorite motorcycle events of the year. The Malle Mile, Beach Race and Rally.
We chat about the bike community, loss and well-being through adventure on the road. It's a great chat with one of the good ones.

Ant and Ben hit the road for the first time on the pod and head to Hinkley and Triumph Motorcycles HQ to sit down with 2x Daytona 200 winner Brandon Paasch. He's a young gun for hire who's been riding since he was two and a half! For a young man, he's achieved a lot and seems to be doing so with a maturity beyond his years whilst still having fun.

It's back to school for Ben, Charley and Ant this week as they are joined by Grace Webb. A former primary school teacher, Grace has officially the best job in the world as host of hit CBBC show Grace's Amazing Machines. Having grown up at Donnington Park (Her grandfather created the modern circuit), ridden bikes since she was 17 and presented the Thundersport GB race series, it was a natural progression to presenting. Grace is an inspiring women trailblazing a path within the male dominated motorsport world and inspiring young girls and women along the way. The boys are all proud to stand as allies to Grace and all the other women who ride.
