There is a double standard in the world, and it only affects women. They can't be who they are naturally in the professional environment because some parts of the population can't deal with it. This led me to the conclusion that there are draconian rules that women must follow at least if they hope to have a great career. And Yes, I think it sucks too!

The North Carolina Lottery went a step too far in my opinion when they introduced what is essentially slot machines in their app that you play with real money. I understand why they did it, but I thought it was a good lesson in how as organizations get better out of pulling the money out of us, we have to get better and not letting them suck us dry!

The world is going crazy for Royal Caribbeans new Icon class ships. I look at them and think 'Meh'. Why? It's not a bad ship, it's just not special. They did what was easy, not what was truly impactful and different. And that makes me wonder what am I doing that's easy when I should be doing something impactful and different?
