Jessica Turton is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) with postgraduate qualifications in Nutrition & Dietetics and full membership with the Dietitians Association of Australia. She is interested in developing, evaluating and improving dietetic strategies for the management of diabetes and is currently undertaking her Research Doctorate (Ph.D) at the University of Sydney.

She is currently an associate professor at the University of Westminster, Research Fellow at King’s College London, and Head of Nutrition Research at the Dasman Diabetes Institute in Kuwait. She also runs her own private clinical practice. -
