In this 6th and final episode of season one of The Rocks Show we talk all about goal setting.
This week we introduced OKRs to our operations so we go into detail on how we have done this, plus got loads of tips about how you could implement these into your business, regardless of how you currently operate.
John and I hope you enjoyed this season as much as we enjoyed recording them - and all feedback is greatly received! Please do like, subscribe, share etc - you know the drill by now.
Season 2 is due to drop in a few weeks, so if you like what you have seen so far, then keep your eyes peeled for that. If you haven't enjoyed it (firstly why have you got to episode 6 if you didn't enjoy it?!) then please drop us some feedback - we always want to get better!

This week we talk all things iteration (and see how many times we can say the word iterative in one half an hour podcast!).
From product development, to writing case studies, we have started to implement the 70% rule into everything we do - and this episode we go into detail on how we have done this, and talk about how you could to.
We also talk about the inspiration for our brand new platforms internal code name (FYI watch Thor Ragnarok and see if you can work it out - answers on a postcard!)
